The worker was very polite and friendly but I could tell they weren’t really tech savvy. It seems like this location has older staff. My problem now is that I’ve had a package taken by them and the status has not changed for over a week now. It still says it’s in Sparks from the time I dropped it in. I’ve been calling multiple times thought out the day and no one answers. I’ve left a message and doubt I’ll receive a call back. This was my first time at this location and I’ll try to go in person since calls haven’t gone through.

Lady there admits she isn’t good with “technology” or able to help, also their printer doesn’t allow you to directly print over Wi-Fi or airdrop you have to email it to them to print which can be a hassle. Two stars because last time I went there they tapped my box closed for free otherwise I’m going to avoid this store in the future.

Best customer service. They go over any questions and are patient with what you need. They are very helpful and calm. The lines get long, but they are attentive and demonstrate how well they work during the daily rush. Thank you staff, you’re the best!

In the world we live in nowadays, full of dishonest humans, especially “Porch Pirates” as they have been labeled, I am more than thankful to have the UPS store. Having been a victim to a porch pirate, I began researching P.O. Boxes and alternatives. Unlike a P.O. Box, the UPS store has a flat rate for their mailboxes, and once you are a customer, a person will receive a plethora of services. All the “ing”s along with a discount for shipping packages via UPS. When I have a package delivered, I no longer have to worry about it. Aside from all the services, the best part of being a customer is the team — a collective group of beautiful people. I really enjoy how the staff greets all their customers by name, it shows appreciation. If you are in the market for a P.O. I recommend that check with a UPS store, where a person can get a box plus much more and at a great deal!

I love this place all the lady's that work behind the counter are super nice and helpful and as a heavily tattooed person that's used to getting treated bad by there demographic these lady's are refreshingly respectful and go out of there way to help, they cut my labels,let me print them for free and they tape the label on themselves without making you part for an entire roll of tape like the post office, I even went to the ups store in Reno yesterday and it sucked, they literally charged me two dollar to print a shipping label, this place is the best hands down

These guys always know what they are do doing. Can be busy, crowded and chatty. It is a small satellite type store. Usually pretty good for a quick drop off.

I have a personal mail box with this store and have all of my packages sent here. Very friendly staff who remembers my name. They’re always willing to answer my questions and if it’s cheaper to ship a package through another service they will tell me! They’ve been flexible with after hours pickup which is very convenient. They don’t always answer the phone if they are busy, but leave a message and they’ll either follow through with your request or return your call. I’d definitely recommend this UPS location.

This is the best store anywhere in Nevada. Not only do they help with packages but they also do notary printing of anything including pictures. The people here do everything possible to help you with whatever you need. They go above and beyond what most stores do. Gym and his staff are awesome and I recommend to all of my family and friends to go there. Not only because it's a family business but because they treat people like family. Best store ever.

I have used this location for a long time. The customer service here is very good. The shipping options are excellent as well. It can get a tad busy, but the staff will work to get what you need. I will continue going here for all shipping needs.
