Made an appointment for a job that should take less than an hour and was just told, after three hours, that they have two types of appointments. One just to guarantee it will be done today and one for the time you actually schedule. So be weary to ask questions since its not explained that you may not have your vehicle all day. Find it useless to call a week in advance for a quick alignment and not have your vehicle for a whole day. Poor service. Service: Wheel alignment

It's so refreshing to meet a nice mechanic. Mark was straightforward, honest, and even offered me an available coupon for my brakes without me asking. He parked my car under the shade when it was done. I'm definitely coming back again!

Everyone here are always super and helpful!! They have saved me a couple times. I would always call to follow up on quote and verify gje price with a second person. Recently I was quoted a large amount. I spoke to my father because we had Recently had work done on it. After they spoke to my dad the quote was significantly reduced. I believe it o have been a mistake but better safeties sorry

We were a very loyal customer. We have 4 vehicles that we regularly have serviced and purchase tires for. Unfortunately we will be finding a new establishment. Over the past 2 years they try everything they can to discourage customers from using them. Whether you have an appointment or an emergency they always say they need your vehicle all day. I have had it. If you can't keep appointments then don't take them. If you can't handle an emergency then close your doors. Treating your loyal customers like they they are an inconvenience is something my 4 vehicles won't be tolerating anymore.

Worst experience shop manager said couldn't get a tire until 4 days later, aren't you a tire shop? I went to Les Schwabb on prater happy to help me in less than an hour I was out the door. Honestly, guy couldn't help me I have a thick accent and just big*****. Never again will go there.

I absolutely recommend this place, I called in the morning to have my brakes done, they said to come down and they can take care of it right now, I had to come a little later, & I called to ask if it was still ok if I come down now, they quoted me a price, & then said they would still have to look to make sure “which is understandable, then they looked & gave me a higher price, “needed the work done so I said yes” & when all was said & done a was quite cheaper then the original quote, I’m very happy with the service and I will be visiting again

They may do tires but they don't do anything else worth a you know what. I had tires rebuild my front end and wanted them to align it they couldn't even figure out the steering wheel was half out. You know anything about an alignment you align the whole steering gear that includes the steering wheel. Don't get anything else done here it's not worth the pain

Made time in their day to break down the bad tire I brought them from my trailer sitting on the Costco parking lot and remounted my new loose spare tire free of charge. Kudos for above and beyond good service. All done quickly on a hot day with a smile...Thanks Shelby.

I cannot speak highly enough so this Tires Plus location and the team that works here... I came in this morning in the morning tires for my Subaru I was in a middle of a trip from Oregon to Las Vegas they had new tires and pressure sensors installed within 1.5hours. the manager was more than helpful and Beyond to get me back on the road to my hometown Vegas.

So let me start by saying this, I am not one to complain, it takes a lot for me to. I bought new tires from tires plus in April or March 2017. It took me a while to notice, but the drivers side back tire only had 3 bolts and lugnuts instead of 4. Called tires plus, they ordered the part and said come in when they open in the morning. Drove down there, only for them to tell me they are too busy. This happened again 3 times. I finally decided to call tires plus corporate. Next day I get a phone call and they are magically not busy. The manager advised he had been short staffed, and I understand that. However, this was their mistake it should have been corrected at once. I gave them three stars because they owned up to the mistake and finally fixed it. They are very nice and friendly, no complaints there.
