I was instructed by tier 2 tech support to go to the store for a sim card. Went to the store and was told by manager Scott Pasero that he could not provide one until past due balance was paid. Paid balance, called to see why I was not told such prior to going to the store. They said they would send one in the mean time and that I could go the next day and pick one up. Went today and was told by representative Margareto Diaz and Scott Pasero that they would not give me one due to the pending order from support. Said I had to continue waiting for my phone to work. I said that I have not had working phones 1 of the 4 months I have had Verizon and that was not an acceptable answer. They told me to leave the store or they would contact authorities. My contract cannot be up soon enough... Update almost 3 weeks in: still waiting on a new sim and any follow up from management regarding any tickets submitted or the below for requested by the owner. Hopefully the phone doesn't stop working again or idk how long we'll be without for. I have made over 50 calls and chats to resolve this issue ALONE most of which resulted in me being hung up on. When will it be resolved? I say when I leave

Dont waste your time. Waited all week for my conformation email to pick up my new iphone 13, all ready payed for. I even went to the store to see any updates..they said i had to wait for the email. Its been 4 days since my order and i just got an email saying my order has been canceled since I never picked up my phone.. I NEVER got the pick it up email. I waited and was super excited for my new phone like a kid on Christmas.. Guess it was too good to be true.

There is a reason why they have low reviews. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I never write reviews but I had to for this place. Employees were very rude. I set with 2 different employees who were just the worst. This place deserves 0 stars

I have visited this location on a dozen times over the past 7 years, its always a mixed bag, mostly I find this location to be be very unprofessional. This weekend I went in and dealt with Eric who was rude and condescending, to begin he came out of the store and told me move over a spot with an empty parking lot, then when I came in I asked for a 4G sim card and add a line to my account I have had for almost 30 years, he didn't ask any questions or what I even needed it for, he just started talking over me telling my his 5G cards work in everything, I replied with "Sir I need a 4G sim card" He told me then call customer service, I left and went to Best Buy who was happy to help me and get me the card I needed . I will not purchase another item from this store, the customer service is completely lacking.

Remembered why I got my last 2 phones elsewhere. Went in today at 440pm. Door says they close at 6. Plenty of time. I wanted to upgrade with the upgrade credit in my text message. Dude asked me why I was there. Told him what I wanted. He didn't ask me what size, he brought out the box, started putting it in, when I asked if it was the 512, he said no. Then said "you should have said that." OK, sorry dude. You could have asked before assuming. Then he brings it out, takes payment and hands me the sealed box. Makes no offer to start the data transfer for me or anything else. So I ask "you guys don't help us out anymore?" he said "we close at 5" "I thought you closed at 6 (after leaving I confirmed this is what it said on the door.)" "no, 5." oh, OK. Overall he was just unpleasant. He seemed irritated that we were there, like he had other places to be. I've been with Verizon since 2005 and this is how they treat customers. Very disappointing visit, and a reminder why I usually go through Costco.

They don't want to work or make any minimun effort to help you, they forget that thanks to the Customers they have a job, their answer for any issue: "Call Customer service", aren't they Customer service???? Please save your time and go to another store, this one is just a joke.

Spent about 45 min waiting just so they can tell me they they have zero phones in stock and I'd have to wait 2 months to get one. I told the gentleman when I checked in that I needed a new phone why would he have me wait if he knew there were no phones in stock what so ever. The kid who eventually got to me was rude as hell, not helpful at all and just a plain S.O.B. I just had to walk away. Will never go back and will be shopping for another phone carrier, better work on your customer service skills with your employees.
