They have some staff members that are so rude, probably most of them. Their manager doesn't seem nice either. It makes the customer not want to do business with T mobile due to rude employees at that store. People stay away from this store, all they got is rude employees who don't want to do their job.

My last visit to the Metro by T-Mobile was great! I accomplished everything I need to do and left the store with a nice, new phone and was still able to use my Lifeline Benefit to receive a monthly discount on my bill.

Fernando is so amazing he's not only an amazing metro pcs employee he's also an amazing person here's the reason why... I watched how he interacted with other customers and he treated them so kind and caring even with difficult guest, then when he interacted with us he was even more amazing he tries really really hard to help you and he doesn't care how long it takes he's goes above and beyond to make his customers happy ....we love you Fernando great employee

Okay, so... If you should ever have any phone troubles or are in the market for a new phone, only go to a corporate T-mobile location. I say this to those individuals that are existing customers or who are specifically looking to join the T-mobile network. Corporate stores are better, because the prices you are charged are dictated by the company and not arbitrarily changed by the franchisee. I went to this location after a horrible experience at the Windmill and Pecos T-Mobile franchise store with Dom Torretto. Yes, that is how the female associate conveyed her name to us. Nonetheless, to ensure a consistent monthly bill I decided to visit the Maryland Pkwy corporate location in order to purchase a phone and establish new service. Ask for Melissa, you will not regret it. She is friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and super courteous. We couldn't have had a better experience a total 180 from yesterday's interaction with Dom.

Customer service friendly. Donna the mgr rocks and Melissa's nice as well. Fernando is patient and everyone who has helped me has been very nice and solved my issue. Warning don't buy a Revvl4 it sucks!

5 employees but still had to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I understand that it’s a cell phone provider but get off your damn phones when customers are present.
