Carlos, helped me out in a way two supervisors as well as three representatives could not, he was able to get my problem resolved and he did not stop until he did so I will forever come to this AT&T, I don’t care how far I have to drive I only want to go through him. True definition of great customer service he didn’t take no for a answer he took very great care of me because of him my bad experience with AT&T turned to a great experience. If your looking to check AT&T out please ask for Carlos, he will make sure your taken care of and leave satisfied, great job Carlos I really appreciate you for all you have done to help me. My last visit to the Metro by T-Mobile was great! I accomplished everything I need to do and left the store with a nice, new phone and was still able to use my Lifeline Benefit to receive a monthly discount on my bill. ~Amy

Guy at the store said, the $40 a month plan only gives 10g of data, tried to up sell us the plans for $50 or $60, saying the T-mobile will soon eliminate the $40 plan. When calling T-mobile customer service I am told the $40 a month has unlimited data, and plan is available. Coming in the store is like going to a car dealership, they always want to up sell, and lie to customers. Sales people can do much better when they are honest ~Juan

Horrible, Rude and Disrespectful! The female clerk I first interacted with seemed nice but then this guy came out from the back and totally dominated the situation. Totally “shut her down”, never offered to look up my info, just started quoting me prices and making his sales pitches. I couldn’t get out of here faster and later went to another Cricket store with much better service and results. I’m a long time Cricket person but won’t ever be back to this store. ~Michael
