Carlos, helped me out in a way two supervisors as well as three representatives could not, he was able to get my problem resolved and he did not stop until he did so I will forever come to this AT&T, I don’t care how far I have to drive I only want to go through him. True definition of great customer service he didn’t take no for a answer he took very great care of me because of him my bad experience with AT&T turned to a great experience. If your looking to check AT&T out please ask for Carlos, he will make sure your taken care of and leave satisfied, great job Carlos I really appreciate you for all you have done to help me. Your customer service is a 10/10.

I've called their customer service phone line before going into the store and I never was once on hold any longer than 7 min until I told them I was switching company's they had me on hold for over an hour. The store were playing dumb about not helping making a phone call to At&t carrier due to their part on their end. Saying it was the others carrier's duty to do their part. They gave me the run around sayng they couldn't do anything to help me. I knew it had nothing to do yet with the other carrier because every time I turned on my phone the At&t logo would still appear at the beginning. They told me to call the At&t but how could I if my phone was off? My new carrier said we had ton wait for At&t to remove me The store has landlines if not their cells to call to find out how to help me completely remove me from their system. How do I know? Its because I went to another At&t store a couple days later in California and they took about 20 min but finally got through on their phone to make sure it was finalized my service was removed

Devin and his other employee both were amazing . Answering all questions that needed to be answered and giving the best advice and help with all the phones and upgrades we came in for . Devin was very brilliant and quick with his answers and knew a lot of knowledge about what was going on with the situations we had questions about . The experience was amazing and was worked out as fast as it could be and everything was settled . Walked out the store with all smiles . Such a great experience . Thanks devin . GREAT employee .

Not even crowded! Maurice, Oliver & Tyre were knowledgeable yet customer service oriented as well. Hard to find any customer service support when it comes to spending $100's of dollars on these devices. Thanx guys 😃

Oliver is very knowledgeable! In a few moments, he troubleshot and fixed my 2 month old Samsung Note 20 Ultra that went out-of-whack after downloading an update. I was so impressed with Oliver I couldn't belive it! I had previously spent 4 long hours with Samsung and ATT Technical experts who couldn't resolve the issue and was eventually preparing the phone for return shipment...when i found Oliver and he worked his magic. 5 Big Huge Stars! He's super amazing!

Micah and Dre were amazing. They were the only store that would actually answer their phones. When we went down there they helped us and showed exceptional customer service. Both were friendly and made us laugh. They are a great team!

I had a double billing issue that needed to be credited to my account. Jason at this store was absolutely the best. He got a hold of the customer service department to assist but then he took it upon himself and called the assistant manager of the store that forgot to post the credit due to the error. He talked to the manager and she had immediately credited my account. Now that’s customer service! Well done Jason and many thanks! Dale from Calgary, Canada
