Carlos, helped me out in a way two supervisors as well as three representatives could not, he was able to get my problem resolved and he did not stop until he did so I will forever come to this AT&T, I don’t care how far I have to drive I only want to go through him. True definition of great customer service he didn’t take no for a answer he took very great care of me because of him my bad experience with AT&T turned to a great experience.
