Horrible, Rude and Disrespectful! The female clerk I first interacted with seemed nice but then this guy came out from the back and totally dominated the situation. Totally “shut her down”, never offered to look up my info, just started quoting me prices and making his sales pitches. I couldn’t get out of here faster and later went to another Cricket store with much better service and results. I’m a long time Cricket person but won’t ever be back to this store.

The service was exceptional. That's why I like cricket store so much, especially the Silverado branch close to me. Erika and Claudia were always helping because am not so good with new technologies. Am very much old school.

Not good. They sold me a phone plan (which I pointed to on a huge poster and we agreed on) but when i checked my bill i was on a different plan for twice the price! I got it fixed after an hour with customer support, but not a good experience at all. Apparently the person setting it up had set it up wrong (a 4th line separately as opposed to adding it to our other 3)

Terrible costumer service, got there with my phone giving me problems. Guy in charge not helping. Not checking my account to see my plan or nothing. I say I might need a new phone, he point to some 20 to 40 dollar phones and that’s it. Another costumer comes in, says wants to make a payment and I’m totally ignored. I walk out of there. My phone still broken and no help. Update…went in to another location in Eastern and Pebble and got the help I needed. Hope this location takes classes from the one that helped me.

Jesus was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I needed and then we discussed my options. He also showed me how to use my new phone and how to transfer my apps, pictures, & files. Great customer service! I would definitely go to this store again.

Big shout out to Alberto (Al) for his amazing customer service and patience! I was one of those people who came in right before closing time with my energetic 5 year old daughter to switch service from another company. Al was very attentive, informative, and wasnt bothered at all that I ended up being there about 15 minutes after closing. I kept apologizing, but he reassured me he was happy to help and get me set up with my new phone and service. He was also very good with my daughter who loves to ask a million questions and be the center of attention! Kudos to you Al, and your co-worker for making the process easy and taking care of us even after closing time! Above and beyond customer service!! 5+ STAR EXPERIENCE!!
