Guy at the store said, the $40 a month plan only gives 10g of data, tried to up sell us the plans for $50 or $60, saying the T-mobile will soon eliminate the $40 plan. When calling T-mobile customer service I am told the $40 a month has unlimited data, and plan is available. Coming in the store is like going to a car dealership, they always want to up sell, and lie to customers. Sales people can do much better when they are honest

Happy that Montez is no longer in the store always pushing customer to buy and kick them out if not buying anything, Hector help me setup my new upgrade and show me everything on my new phone. Definitely coming back.

It was terrible, the people were very rude. . they made me feel like I was burden to them I had lost a phone. Had insurance but didn't have enough money to cover the new phone so I tried to use an old Metro phone temporarily till I can afford the $50 that the so-called insurance plan covered so they wanted 20 bucks for the SIM card then another 20 to put the SIM card in the phone and they were hella rude to boot . Screw them guys I am going back to cricket where life is beautiful all the time!!

Some lady here answered the phone then hangs up on me and when I try to call back she didn’t answer my calls this happened Friday July 24th at 1pm She was rude as hell and obviously didn’t understand anything I was asking so she just hung up on me instead... horrible service DONT USE METRO!!

Very disappointed! I had my 6 y.o. son with me. I am 8 months pregnant on bed rest and had just left the hospital across the street for a dr. Apt. My phone died! I need to power it back on to pull my bus pass up for us to get home. I saw the metroPCS store right there and as a paying customer i just knew they would let me charge it for a few seconds . Just enough to get my phone to power on. When i walked in i was told no i couldnt. They told me to go 2 blocks away to the mall and use a paid charging station.

It was ok but every metro pcs store has different quotes and i was paying 130 at Verizon and that eas with a iphone payment on there and metro pcs quoted me 130 for 2 lines that what i payed at Verizon wheres the savings

Glad I found this place, Jeanet waited on me and she was 👍 helped me step by step. I went into your larger Metro PCS on Maryland and Flamingo a few days before this purchase they were very rude and condescending made to feel stupid because I didnt know a lot about cell phones, they need to come to this location for customer service leasons. Again thanks for the 👍 service I received from the 3319 S Maryland Parkway PCS.
