Dropped our phones off here on 12/4 when we received our new, upgraded devices. They gave us slips with tracking numbers because they were being shipped to the T Mobile warehouse. The credit for our old devices is supposed to go to the purchase of our new devices. However, somehow our phones have never shown up and have vanished. There isn’t one tracking update. There’s no trace of our devices. How does that actually happen?! We just switched to T Mobile from AT&T and we are already regretting it. Worst experience with a carrier ever.

Came in to get help with adding a new line. Adam was amazing. We had some technical issues with the phone. He got right on the phone with customer support and had it handled in minutes. I highly recommend this store! Thanks again Adam!

Still getting billed for phones I turned in when I upgraded months ago. They keep saying they'll fix it, provide credits, etc. Only part of what they say they'll do happens. Still have phones on my bill after five billing cycles. Every since they became affiliated with Sprint, service is horrible. Leaving T-Mobile.

I have been to almost every store in Reno and Sparks. This store had a particular employee named June, she gave me exemplary customer service. She was not only knowledgeable, she seemed to genuinely care and it came across. I love this store because of June and I highy recommend this store to all current and future T-Mobile customers because of her! *Please note that since I wrote this, I've come to despise TMobile and warn people that this company is SHADY. Always check your bills and don't be afraid to question unknown changes or charges, because they will happen all the time. Example: Remember when they claimed if you changed over to TMobile, they would pay off your previous carrier in full. It was a lie! I was with ATT for 30 years, 30 years of payments that show creditworthiness. Until my last bill went into collections because TMobile didn't keep their word.

Bad service. Store manager could not help me due to “only one computer” and assured me he would call back next day. Never received call that account was worked on, had to go back into another store to get issue resolved. A more capable store in my opinion. Very low staff as well

AMAZING customer service from Sunny! Beyond pleased with the deals provided, as well as all the help he provided. The rest of the staff were also very in tune with what was going on, and willing to help at any point in any way.

This T-Moble business is located inside the Sparks Galleria Shopping center. It is in a small strip mall on the left hand side. It is located next to the See's candy store and near Qdoba. Ahmit hit customer service out of the ballpark. He kindly greeted us upon entering the building. I was looking to upgrade my phone. Ahmit was knowledgeable, informative, polite and friendly. He showed us the up grades and informed us of their new features. He gave us all our options so that we were informed of all of our choices and how best to make it fit in our plan. We decided on the new android. I can't RAVE about him enough. I sure how he gets KUDOS from T- Mobile and his manager. While there we got to meet Andres, June (the manager) and Nicole. All of who were professional, polite and friendly. Andres helped Ahmit by going to the back and getting the extras that we were purchasing. We purchased a wireless charger, a Otterbox protective case, a screen protector, and an extra cable as the new one is not compatible with the old phones. Thanks Andres for helping and chatting. Ahmit helped me download all my new apps and wipe my old phone. Thanks so much Ahmit for the exceptional customer service.
