Poor service and the Cashier, Jacob I think, did a "round up" on my total without asking. It was for a fundraiser. O would have done it willingly. But when this is done without authorization it feels like theft

Good stuff at this store but if I say I don't want to round-up to donate then please don't ask me to do even just a few cents. I'll donate on my own, Gamestop doesn't need the tax break that bad that it has to hassle clients.

Every time I visit this game stop and they are always extremely friendly and chatty when there are few customers in the store. This makes the environment very pleasant and more of a grassroot type of interaction where they are knowledgeable and friendly. They always help me with the services that I need and when I cannot find what I'm looking for they can always help me find it somewhere else. As for the store itself everything is presented neatly and nicely. The floors are clean the counters are easily accessible and uncluttered.
