It's a good place to pay for your cable/internet services but they have a sign in system that is flawed and don't always work. One of the last times I was there I waited for over 3 hours after I signed in to be seen while the employees were just chatting with customers instead of helping them and moving on to the next customer. They really need a better system for appointments and walk-ins they have a total of 6 counters where they can use 3 for appointments and the other 3 for walk-ins. That's how I would have it set up if I was a manager there

I'm going to start off by saying I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I came into this store a couple weeks ago to ask when I should cancel my service before having to pay for another month and the employee told me what date I should cancel so I wouldn't get charged for the next month. So I came in a day before that date thinking I was canceling a day early. When I came into the store to cancel I checked in on the tablet in the store to get in line digitally in their system. That part of their system I found out happened to be broken and they didn't tell me this till after I had waited a while. When an employee was finally able to help me so I could give their equipment back to them and cancel my service, the employee told me that I was a couple days late and I would be charged for another month of service. I informed that employee that another employee 2 weeks ago had told me what date to cancel on and that date they had given me was now apparently incorrect. The employee Didn't care that I had gotten incorrect information about my account and they didn't recommend that I should keep the equipment because I might be charged for another month anyways. All the employee said was I could call customer service and maybe they could do something for me and then they took the equipment and canceled my account. I then called spectrum customer service and they told me that maybe the employee messed up and it was too bad I didn't keep my equipment but there was nothing they could do I would have to pay for another month regardless. Bottom line is the employees at this store are lazy and don't know much so they may end up giving you false dates and information about your account. Now I have to pay for another month of spectrum that I don't have equipment or service for.

My phone broke I came in to get a new one they wouldn't take cash the employee saying it's easier if they don't deal with cash drawers and employees messing them up I laughed, put my cash in the bank came back the next day paid my phone off and phone bill was told it would take 24 hrs since it was paid with a card. Came back the third day they only carried one Samsung in stock it would be 900 down plus told them to cancel my service and left.

Came simply to drop off equipment. Waited TWO hours. Will never get TV services from this company again if only to avoid this line.

Always been a spectrum customer and just recently got my Wi-Fi installed. Everyone from the store to the installation was great. Happy Wi-Fi happy Li-Fi.

I had an excellent experience. I was running to make it to the store on time to resolve an issue activating my grandma's new phone. Celia Cruz stayed late to help me resolve it. She saved the day! What wonderful customer service.

Third time here to drop off equipment. Waited 1 1/2 hours and I was number 5 on the list. As I'm watching the list on a monitor, people that check in through the kiosk that have an appointment go to the top, so I was getting pushed down. Make an appointment people. Your wait would be 20-30 minutes. DMV was easier.

Omg I waited an hour at this store location just to make a payment! Normally I pay online with my debit card but I had to use cash on this day. There were 12 people in front of me and only two employees working the counter! Finally another employee came out, PAM, and I was lucky enough to have her help me. She is the sweetest kindest person ever and my anxiety level dropped to zero thanks to her. Thank you Pam for being awesome! They need to hire more like you!

Waited over two hours to drop off equipment and was ignored after sign in. The store "professionals" would call names not on the list and everytime someone said they were canceling, the three other workers would all go try to talk the person our of it, instead of helping others. I'm shocked, the pressure placed on people to try and get away was disappointing. I finally dropped off my equipment on the counter with a tech and walked away. 5-6 others walked out as well after being ignored. I've called technical support to advise of the drop off and filed a complaint about how awful the management has trained the sales pressure at this location.
