Verizon offer there customers a program called ACP I've been a customer since April 22, I've applied for ACp over 5xs I keep being denied and Verizon or ACP can not give me any reason why so I can correct it .I give up I'm canceling my service with Verizon today. I can not get any answers please be aware of this other companys apply your discount the same day. So what's the problem ACP /VERIZON. Also I've been doing my part as a customer like paying my full amount every mth and I can not get any help from Verizon or ACp.you guys are so fired.

Went in not expecting much and came out wowed by the professionalism and service of Christian I walked in with an s8 and walked out with an iPad air and an s21 ultra (of my choice) he deserves a raise, he helped everyone we saw in the store even though we were taking a very long time. He chatted as if we were best friends and kept everything very light. His sense of urgency was absolutely stellar. If he ever doesn't want to work for you I'd happily hire him. Absolutely stellar employee. Consider giving him something to recognize him for his efforts as well as a raise. 10/10 fantastic service

I would actually give negative stars but not an option. They mislead my transaction purchase and when I tried to cancel inside the store they still charged me a $35 restock fee Forbes unused phone & $29 for unexplained fee. Total money this store robed me was $67. They made no effort to keep me happy as a customer and also no effort on calling customer support to replace my old number they took away from me. All they cared was about the commission & didn’t make effort to solve issue cause it was inconvenience to their time.

Nothing negative towards employees, just covid-19 made the process longer. Jovanni was outstandingly professional, kind and patient. #1 customer service ever had 👍

I had the greatest experience at the E. Lake Mead Verizon. The guy who helped me was named Jovanni. He was amazing! He truly provided extraordinary customer care! He truly took care of me. He helped me with a upgrade on my phone. He answered all my questions. He provided amazing customer care to everyone that came in the store while I was there. I had a bad experience in another store and I’m grateful I came to this store. Jovanni saved a Verizon customer who’s been a customer for over 20 years! If you ever have a problem or question make sure you go see Jovanni at the E. Lake Mead Verizon store!!

This is the worst Verizon location we have ever been to. I am on vacation in Las Vegas with my family. We upgraded our phone online at the Verizon website and chose the in-store pickup option. We received an email within the hour that our new phone was ready for pickup. That was this last Saturday. We showed up about 6:10pm and the one and only guy working there couldn't figure out how to add the phone to our account. I waited an hour. At 7:01, he told me I'd have to come back the next day. We came back Sunday sat there for over an hour why a different guy tried adding the phone to our account and he wouldn't give us our phone either. We have now come back, the thrird day in a row to pick up our phone. I arrived at 4:45pm, its now 6:35 and they still wont give me my phone. This is absolutely absurd!!!! I've never been to a Verizon store where the employees cant figure out how to sell a phone. If these guys don't know how to add a cell phone to an account, why on earth are they working there? They could have helped over 150 customers during the 3 days they have been trying to get this new cell on our account. Instead, the customers that did come in to buy products while I was there on Saturday, October 3, 2020, they guy who was supposed to be helping me was accepting cash for accessories, not ringing the items up and pocketing the cash. Something needs to be done with this location. Your employees need to be retrained. This store is not a good representation of Verizon. Shame on you guys!

Phone shopping couldn't of had been any easier! Had a great experience thanks to the sales rep. Jovanni who was very patient and knowledgeable . Not only did I get the phone I wanted. I got some awesome accessories to go with it! I made a great decision switching to Verizon!
