Every single time I come here there’s some sort of an issue- usually it’s pertaining to lack of staff- I’ve literally been in the drive through hitting the call button for 29 minutes- why have a drive up if there is not an available attendant or teller?? This is a huge bank —- they cut hours and they have closed many locations- the service is really suffering- I will seriously consider moving both my business and personal accounts to another bank- horrible service and very unfair to their current employees to have to deal with the very dissatisfied customers like myself- this has cause me to run late to my 3:30 appointment at my vets office- get it together US Bank!! ~T

I'd like to write a shout out to my bank advisor, Kirk Sparks. Kirk went above & beyond with helping me out with my banking issues from the moment I met him. Impeccable customer service and patience. All I needed to do was wire funds to title for my new home but unfortunately there was a nationwide error with Wells Fargo's wiring system. The case was very time sensitive as closing day was the very next day. I was near tears hearing the news. Kirk stuck by my side for 2 hours doing all he can & contacting anyone & everyone who can help me in my situation. I've never had such an amazing banking experience with anyone. Usually they're quick to dismiss the issue and would say try again later. Kirk made me feel really cared for & felt my distress. I highly recommend his services & I also think he should get a raise. Wells Fargo has gained a lifetime customer because of him! Thanks Kirk! ~Hannah

Good evening, I am writting this on behalf of my mother. She went into this store at 12pm on June 13, 2019. The two people working there discriminated on my mother. One of the was a woman. Green eyes, long brown hair, around 28 years old. The other man was about 26, thin , blonde hair, appears to be american. My mother is telling me the story goes as follows; she walked into the store to make a payment. She said that in spanish and was told that "she wasn't in mexico, and she need it to learn english, because we are in the US."thats what the female employee told her She gave her phone number in english as an effort to comply with the employees request. She was told it wasnt the phone number and that she couldnt help her. The female employee proceed to go to the back room and left her alone in the front of the store. She hears them laughing at her in the back room. My mother felt humiliated, and came home crying. ~Princess

Went for a booster for covid. They said the form that “saves time” That u fill out online isnt in effect. But, ive taken 5 seniors to other Walgreens and never had a problem, guess they aren’t educated in there field, waited a hour, wasnt anyone here, so i walked out. Also the attitude was really up there, im a quiet person so i just answered yes and no then was completely ignored so i walked out. This is on you Walgreens, stop hiring ppl who don’t understand there job, especially when there dealing with older ppl and life saving vaccines. ~Jesse

I just opened an acct with Providers and you can deposit cash at Family Dollar. They didn’t have an ATM so I asked clerk how k could deposit cash. They were really busy. She kindly said she wasn’t sure abd asked that i get in line. I wasn’t sure if I was in wrong store. She asked her boss and told me yes they could do while I was in line. Very kind and considerate of my time. Great staff! Thank you ~Judy
