I just opened an acct with Providers and you can deposit cash at Family Dollar. They didn’t have an ATM so I asked clerk how k could deposit cash. They were really busy. She kindly said she wasn’t sure abd asked that i get in line. I wasn’t sure if I was in wrong store. She asked her boss and told me yes they could do while I was in line. Very kind and considerate of my time. Great staff! Thank you

The cashers and staff are friendly. The prices are good. They try to stuff the store with too many items and the aisles are way too narrow.

Why is a everything so misleading these days. I spent $42 in this store, had smart coupons along with the sale items. The employee was very nice but her tone and Knowledge was poor. I asked why didn't she take the clipped coupons off the total she stated its nothing she can do and then went on to say in a tone - that's the way it is!!!! Without any knowledge or looking at the price.Also accused me of not clipping the coupon which was clipped 12.28.2020 and I showed her my phone!!! It's $10.00 but I don't care if it was a $1.00 When a business is advertising sales and coupons it needs to be honored as such!!! Ex. Gain dryer sheets count of 105.. I had a clipped coupon for $2.00 off then there was 48 ct. Gain Dsheets for $1.00 she took the $1.00 off instead of the $2.00 Problem is I had the 105 ct. What sense did that make!!! She tried to justify it by saying thats how it is. Then they had 4 fo$4 off 2 liter sodas, it clearly stated 4 for 4 and she charged me almost $7.00 for 4 2 liter sodas!!! Once the lame excuse with the coupons, I realized now I had to check my receipt, so many discrepancies and wrong charged and she never tried or payed attention to detail. Now I called to report this incident with the corporate office. Its not ok anymore. 00

I love this Family Dollar. The employees are so friendly. There's always something that you didn't think you were going to buy there. The only issue I have is I end up spending way too much money

I asked to use the restroom and one of the employees said she had to ask the manager. She went to the next aisle to ask her and I heard her snickering and making a comment about me being pregnant. “You wanna see what she looks like” all while snickering as If i couldn’t hear her. She let me use the restroom but I wouldn’t come back here. They’re very unprofessional. There’s a better staffed family dollar on Cheyenne and civic center.
