Every single time I come here there’s some sort of an issue- usually it’s pertaining to lack of staff- I’ve literally been in the drive through hitting the call button for 29 minutes- why have a drive up if there is not an available attendant or teller?? This is a huge bank —- they cut hours and they have closed many locations- the service is really suffering- I will seriously consider moving both my business and personal accounts to another bank- horrible service and very unfair to their current employees to have to deal with the very dissatisfied customers like myself- this has cause me to run late to my 3:30 appointment at my vets office- get it together US Bank!!

Deborah Aguilar should be terminated immediately. At the very least severely. Reprimanded. I came into this location today with my disabled, elderly grandmother because she needed something notarized. I stood in line for her, waiting for about ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. After this absurdly long wait (ironically), another elderly woman comes over to me and asked what she can assist me with. I point to my grandmother and say I am waiting in line for her to get something notarized. She follows up by pointing over to the joke of a human being, Deborah, who IMMEDIATELY says, ”oh, I can't do that. I have to go on lunch.“ you can't imagine my shock. I was already insulted by waiting so long without being acknowledged. But when I told this lady how my grandmother is disabled, and it was tough for us to get there and for me to get Her in the bank nonetheless I was standing there waiting for an obscene amount of time, without hesitation she was not even considering just taking the 60 seconds to do the notarization. This woman should lose her job. Of that, I have no doubt. What she did today is deserving of being fired on the spot. It is evident that she is in a Senior position since she was the only one even allowed to do the notary, but I hope if a higher-up above her sees this can handle it accordingly. Do you want to keep paying a paycheck to a woman who would treat your grandmother like trash? I have never in my entire life been so disgusted with a person. I am relieved I don't do banking through you guys myself. & after today, I would never even consider it. Please give this issue the attention it deserves. My grandmother barely speaks English, but she called to leave her complaint. Feel free to reach out to me if you need me to come in or have my grandmother explain how disrespected she was today by this insignificant jerk. Somebody at this location should apologize directly to my grandmother for the disgraceful treatment she received. This pandemic has been difficult enough for them.

I took my business from US Bank years ago and am very happy with an online bank. I do, however, need to make deposits for my business to US Bank. Of course you cannot go in so without an appointment so I am left with sitting in my car for a while waiting to use the tube thing. I pulled in right at 4 PM and waited in line for one car in front of me. Within a few minutes they turned the drive-thru sign to closed and closed the blinds. Went back the next morning and they opened at 9:01 AM. Hours still say 9 - 5 but they have been closing for months at 4. It's difficult to run a business and get there during these hours only to have the blinds drawn on you because they won't help those waiting in line. Thank you for wasting over an hour of my time.

This bank is a joke !! Why even bother staying open. You never have bankers to help you and your manager is rude. I've been here twice and both times had issues. I use to like US Bank now I just want to pull my money out and go else where.

I came to the drive thru about 3 weeks ago was in my car with 2 cars in front of me for about 60 minutes. Today I proceeded to go to the drive thru again but after 15 minutes decided to walk inside. To my surprise on a Friday lobby was empty! I thought "awesome this will be quicker!" Boy was I wrong! Literally 4 bankers & only ONE taking care of both the lobby AND drive thru. I then waited another 20 minutes. Just to deposit a check with my child's name. That is completely almost infuriating & makes no sense. This branch needs more bankers on the line. Please & thank you!

Horrible customer service, and super slow. Have banked with US Bank for years, even before living in Las Vegas. However, they continue to go down hill. Not enough people working. Go in to open an account, told they do not have time (and they just opened). That is fine, I will take my personal and business accounts to a bank that will value my business and treat me as customers should be treated...... I have many options - and US Bank is no longer one of them!
