I came into the Aliante branch around 4 pm on April 5th, 2021. There was one teller and she was helping a customer, so I stood in line, I was next in the queue. Another patron, an older white male with a black ball cap and mask, came in and stood behind me. After a couple moments (not long at all) the teller acknowledged us in line and said she’d be right with us. I nodded, nothing seemed to be taking an unreasonable amount of time but I appreciated the courtesy. As the woman in front of me was finishing up I could audibly hear her tell the teller something to the affect of, “Thank you, you’re the only one that took the time to help me.” I was next and approached. I was getting a cashiers’ check and depositing it into another account. I had a question, and the teller - her nametag stated Pamela - dutifully answered my question and actually made my transaction take less time (I thought I’d needed a deposit slip) and it was less complicated than I thought. Whilst Pamela was helping me, the man behind me boisterously said (not shouting but very loud) “YOU GUYS NEED TO GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE” and “EVERY TIME I COME IN HERE YOU ALL TAKE FOREVER” This immediately made me, and Pamela, uncomfortable. I could tell this man made Pamela lose concentration momentarily. I rolled my eyes. No one in this bank appeared to be dysfunctional or rude - but this guy was being very rude. He was the only one being awful. He made the skin on the back of my neck rankle in annoyance. He’s the type that’s mean to wait staff (and bank tellers) for no reason. No one directly acknowledged his comments, but Pamela continued and finished my transaction in a timely manner. I was on my way out and heard that man in the black cap approach the window complaining still and threatening to file a formal complaint to the manager about “the wait” and “[poor] customer service”. I felt obliged to send my own account of this incident. I believe that the Wells Fargo staff was doing their best, in my opinion, and I was in and out in a sufficient and timely manner (less than 15 minutes). This snippy man in line behind me seemed to be having a bad day and decided to project his bad mood onto innocent bank staff and customers. I really don’t like when people do that.

Visiting the Aliante branch has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, and management is visible and willing to work with you to see to your needs. They respect their customers.

I'd like to write a shout out to my bank advisor, Kirk Sparks. Kirk went above & beyond with helping me out with my banking issues from the moment I met him. Impeccable customer service and patience. All I needed to do was wire funds to title for my new home but unfortunately there was a nationwide error with Wells Fargo's wiring system. The case was very time sensitive as closing day was the very next day. I was near tears hearing the news. Kirk stuck by my side for 2 hours doing all he can & contacting anyone & everyone who can help me in my situation. I've never had such an amazing banking experience with anyone. Usually they're quick to dismiss the issue and would say try again later. Kirk made me feel really cared for & felt my distress. I highly recommend his services & I also think he should get a raise. Wells Fargo has gained a lifetime customer because of him! Thanks Kirk!

I had the worst experience ever. While walking up to the door I took a moment to pause, catch my breath because I was walking on a cane. I reached for the door but just then the door flung open striking my hand. The person said to get from in front of the door and off the property. I was very upset. I demanded to speak with the manager, there person identified himself as acting manager and was refusing to serve me. I am taking my business elsewhere.

This bank is taking me to court for being withdrawn $220. I have never even banked at Wells Fargo at all.

This bank is nearest to my house and I am here every week. They have a nice friendly staff but I feel like they are always understaffed. I go in to deposit my cash, and it usually takes up to 20 minutes sometimes longer which I think is a little ridiculous. All they would need is one more teller.

The bank clerks told me that I couldn't deposit checks made to my DBA and said I had to open a business checking account. I approved to open a checking Business account, but they added a business savings account that I did not approve. My business is small and I could not maintain the minimum limit required. I closed on the business accounts. I again tried to deposit a check made to my DBA since I consulted with an X banking flea and she confirmed it would be OK—the branch manager refused saying I needed to open a business account. I called Wells Fargo's corporate office in customer service told me that it would be totally OK to deposit a check made to my DBA to my personal checking account. I went to a different branch to deposit my check made to my DBA tonight personal checking. Really frustrating experience for me at the Aliante Wells Fargo branch. Particularly from the branch manager.
