If I could give no stars I would. After running my card for $80, the gas would not pump. I went in and tried to figure out what was going on and the cashier said that the card did not go through. After checking my account I had a pending transaction for the $80. Cashier still refused to give me gas. I had to run my card a second time for the $80 to get gas and it worked. Now a week later I am still trying to get a refund for my $80. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been to the store 3 times and there is never a manager on duty. All I want is my money refunded or to put the $80 in my gas tank. ~Felecia

I only frequent this station for gas so it's in and out quickly. The staff is swift and efficient but the customer base isn't the most savory. I don't suggest that Ladies use this station if traveling alone. The convenience store is clean and well maintained as well. ~Alex

Nice grocery store. It had alot of my favorite foods in there. They even have a gambling section in the front of the store near the check out stands, which is pretty cool. ~Rose

Service at the pharmacy is always extremely slow. It seems like only one person helps the drive thru and in store. Can wait in line 30 min and get no where at all. ~Chellie

Rod was excellent! Got me exactly what i needed and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Will return for my next protein pickup to swap Louisiana Bayou stories again! ~J

Un-nesesary touching of the door and dirty computer keys. I don't know if they might be Covid infected. US Bank shortened hours of operation and did not post on doors nor in Google. The drive thru looks like it was planes by a little child not an educated adult. ~MrsGreen

Horrible customer service. I work in the same parking lot & literally help the entire community 247. The entire parking lot knows me as does every bank in said lot. I have never been threatened with police for simply parking in the shade for over an hour, while I rested between my 7 day work weeks. I proceeded to explain that I work in parking lot and am a zero threat but he insisted that I leave at once or he would be forced to police. I know local PD & know they wouldn’t have cared. I’m just not into wasting precious time from police officers, over the extreme pettiness. The rudeness after I explained myself was uncalled for. I feel like the short little guy that he was, must’ve been picked on a lot in school or something. That or I look like the guy his wife is cheating on him with🤷🏻‍♂️ ~Jarrod
