Went there 10/25/21- 7:07 pm and the cashier had a freaking bad attitude. Need to fire her or retrained her on customer service. She charged me twice for cigarettes and I told her she made a mistake she blew. Bit**!! Manager next to her didn't say anything but gave me a good deal on a gallon of milk lol. Still retrained this bit** and teach her customer service. Still going to go there cuz I Love the challenge..

I appreciate that the employees in this store go out of their way to get to know me and the other customers. They remember my coffee preference and makes sure it is always fresh and hot and the bar is clean and stocked. KB and the crew are awesome.

Would not recommend. Clerk by the name Judy, attempted to ring up my fountain drink with the rewards but the system went offline. Instead of giving me the drink for the rewards price she attempted to make me pay full price for giving the option of dumping it out. Felt the customer should not be the one to be penalized because the system is not working properly at the store. Associates seem to be poorly trained at this location based on my experience.

My 14 year old son and I visited this location (on 3901 E Craig Rd 89030) to buy some drinks. We walked over to the soda fountain we noticed Latasha mopping. We paused to let her complete her job mopping. She paused two times. The second time she stopped mopping I thought she was being professional and let the customers go first (Boy I was wrong). As my son was picking the type of soda he wanted. J.J. (The Cashier) commented to Latasha about mopping the floor. After the two they were done chatting about the floor. She paused then said we need to hurry up or she was going to turn the soda machine off. At first I smiled not truly realizing what she said. But once I realized what she was really saying. I did the only thing a customer can do put the stuff down and WALKED OUT! I can't believe she created this situation. All she had to do while we were politely waiting for her to finish. Is to Finish her job mopping, tell us it will be a moment or mop in another area instead of standing there holding herself up with the mop. Trust me I don’t expect a lot from a 7 eleven employee. But they should have the decency to wait until the customer leaves then talk all the crap they wanted. I will never step foot in this location again until something is done about this situation. I deserve and apology for being bullied in front of my son. I filed a complaint with 7 eleven corporate office. I will update my review after speaking with a representative of 7 Eleven.
