It was quick. Friendly and helpful employees. Went in to get a bottle of cologne but they were having some sort of limited time offer on the one I wanted. All said and done I spent only $40+ on 2 bottles they easily sold me on.

It wasn't a very good experience, personally. Clothing racks had 50% off on them, so we were told buy one and get one 50% off. I got a shirt that had an orange tag (discounted price) when I tried to pay for it, I had to pay full price. The person at the register said I had to pay full price, because that's what came up when he scanned it, and the discount sticker didn't matter. Not cool at all. So I ended up putting that item back. They were kinda rude, honestly.

Trendy teen store with plus sizes. Dressing room were NOT open...had to purchase clothes for my daughter that ended up not fitting, now having to make another trip to the Outlet Mall to do a return.

Never been to the one here in SM but i gotta say they have a great selections of clothing, however the lighting is dim and not very many ppl working the sales floor to tell you about deals until you get to register than you realize u are not even done or you have to go back and look for the deals.

The front door girl was awesome! She helped us out alot introduced ask of their perfumes and the new scents that came out. Very Helpful young lady. Their prices are pretty affordable and their sales are awesome!!

While on vacation, we stopped by Rue 21 to do some school shopping for the kids. They had a crazy good sale going on and the kids were able to get a bunch of new clothes for a killer price. The staff was super helpful and even showed us some of the colognes that they had to offer for $5.

Would give 0 stars if I could! When I walk into a retail store, I expect to be greeted, "Welcome to ___" or anything along those lines. However, that wasn't a big deal. I asked where the men's section was, and basically was shrugged off! I had never been to this location so I'd rather ask where something was than waste my time looking. As a potential customer I should've been acknowledged more. Instead, your employees were giggling away doing nothing. I won't be recommending this location to anyone and surely won't be returning.
