After 8 years of continuous sales to me from the pharmacy totalling well over $10k they have lost me as a customer because of some "policy" that no other pharmacist has told me on the rare occation my emergency situation has happened. Now I will be out of a medicine that without I literally could have a heart attack . I'm deadly serious. Yes it's my fault I ran out and didn't notice until I went to fill my two weekly pill dispencers today. However all other pharmacists have taken care of me. Not this one. Sat 515 pm 10/22. Good job Walgreens. Bye.

Idk why they currently only have 2.8 stars because I've never had an issue here! Sometimes going in-store might be a little slow.

Employees look like they are ready to yell at you at the slightest mistake. Always running out of diabetic supplies and insulin. Never seem to have a problem distributing pain meds which are not essential but always with insulin which people need to live.

Had an appointment to take the covid rapid test to see if i was in the clear to go back to work. They said their insurance system was down and that id either have to come back at a different time or they could still give me the test for $128! Absolutely ridiculous!

I usually have very good experiences at this pharmacy, but I just hate when the service is inconsistent. Don't tell me I have to check with my insurance co. (which I know I can) when you're looking at my account and I know you can tell me if if a certain RX or vaccine is covered BECAUSE YOU TELL ME ALL THE TIME! Just say you're busy damnit!

Waiting time at the pharmacy counter was unreasonably long given all the happiness standing around or on the telephone. When I finally was helped at the counter I was horribly overcharged for insulin pen needles. I paid 2x for this nonprescription product over what I pay at home. Won't be back!

We have to wait for whatever every time we go in to the pharmacy, but I understand. They recently had to take on a lot of Dahls long-time customers, in addition to this town growing by the minute. I've found that the people working in the pharmacy are helpful and friendly, they're doing the best job they can with all the chaos. With all the covid testing and shots, in addition to their regular, I think they're holding on the best they can & doing a good job...

Went there about 5 minutes ago and the woman working there lacks customer service skills. Please stop taking retail jobs if you can’t be a decent human being and actually be nice to potential customers. Walgreens needs to start having customer service classes.

My husband scheduled to have a COVID test done for 9:30am and showed up on time. He was turned away and told that the scheduler was down and that he had to come back later. They refused to tell him when to come back and we’re extremely rude. My husband is very sick and drove 40 minutes to have this done. We didn’t receive any notifications that the system was down. This is beyond irresponsible and unprofessional.

After seeing the reviews I am not shocked I had a bad experience now. This morning at 8:53 I showed up for covid testing as the email says to wait in the PHARMACY drive thru and arrive 5 min early that's what I did as my appointment was at 9 am. A guy named Kim was so rude and disrespectful. He came on the mic and told me NOT to park in the drive thru that I needed to go drive in circles till they opened and when I had tried to ask where do I go for covid testing he said "not here "and hung up the mic. I came back through at 9 am and a lady did administer my covid test but I was blown away at how rude and disrespectful kim was there were no signs saying where covid testing was being done or where to go. I will no longer shop at walgreens and will no longer fill my prescription with walgreens. In a small town COSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS.
