Rather a sad day when I go in and order and hear from someone else that they have been waiting over 10 minutes because the staff didn't know how to make his order even though it was a menu item. After our I don't know 15 minute wate for our order I noticed our shakes weren't even mixed. I think the shakes would be one of the simplest things to make. ~skan
Great Clips
I usually like this location until today. I tried making an appointment but it wouldn’t let me so I went there instead. I walked in at 1742 with all the open lights on, then a hair stylist proceeded to tell me that they are actually closed. I know the business hour say they don’t close till 1800. Very unprofessional so I will not use great clips again. ~Michael

After 8 years of continuous sales to me from the pharmacy totalling well over $10k they have lost me as a customer because of some "policy" that no other pharmacist has told me on the rare occation my emergency situation has happened. Now I will be out of a medicine that without I literally could have a heart attack . I'm deadly serious. Yes it's my fault I ran out and didn't notice until I went to fill my two weekly pill dispencers today. However all other pharmacists have taken care of me. Not this one. Sat 515 pm 10/22. Good job Walgreens. Bye. ~Chris
SmartStyle Hair Salon
Poor Business practices! Employees turned away business in order to take a break at the same time. I was told to come back in 30 minutes. This Salon was inside Walmart so I did some shopping and returned in 40 minutes. Mona said that they would not do my hair because I didn't return in 30 minutes. I ask for the Supervisor on duty and was told that she wasn't there, so I ask for a number to contact her and the Mona scribbled a number on a card. As I tried to decipher the phone number Mona was on the phone to her boss to cover her self. I was finally able to contact her boss and as I suspected Mona had candy coated her side of the story. My suggestion is to not waste your time at Smart Style Hair Salon in the Fernley Nevada Walmart ~Danny

Normally have no problem with this location but tonight I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, got home and found a piece of paper grilled between the cheese and burger. I called the location to let them know and they said they would make me a new one just bring in my receipt. ~Jordan
Salon 95 Day Spa and Boutique
Shelly did an AMAZING job on my nails! She was so fun to talk with and made me feel at ease and relaxed as she was doing them! I was a couple minutes late and she was very kind about letting me still get my nails done! This place is clean and nice! I will definetly be coming back!! ~Savannah

It would be nice since I have a rewards with 7-11 to be able to do it inside. Maybe there should be notes by the pumps. Probably won't come here again. Cashier really rude about the issue too. I would also give it 0 stars if that was an option. ~Thomas
the Salon
The people and the customer service was so awesome!! They were convienent and listened to what I wanted and my concerns. They do not currently do nails but they do have someone that does eyelashes. Looks like she does a great job! I would highly recommend going to The Salon (This is really what is called 😁 ) and I will be definitely returning to this place in the future!!
