The 7-Eleven store in Fernley NV is super clean and well stocked. The service is exceptional. I would rather shop here for milk, pain relievers and especially snacks. I highly recommend them!

It would be nice since I have a rewards with 7-11 to be able to do it inside. Maybe there should be notes by the pumps. Probably won't come here again. Cashier really rude about the issue too. I would also give it 0 stars if that was an option.

We go here a lot because it's where us bank ATM is.. love these people at check out. Some tell jokes and make you Crack up. Always greeted with kindness ❤ smiles and there muffins doughnuts and fresh cookies are always so yummy 😋

New owner and new staff are so much better than the drug addicts that used to work there. Kandy was really friendly and the manager that was training her is always a delight. I love going in there now.

ERIC is my favorite! His personality truly can brighten up anyone’s day.. or at least give you a good laugh while you’re there! He treats everyone with the same welcoming respect and equal customer service.

Clearly intoxicated customers, opening their 12 packs inside and consuming beer while waiting in line. Obnoxious and very rude, without facemasks, when clearly it is posted on the door. Employee Sarah said nothing to them and continued to sell them the open containers (without ID), as well as allow them back in the store to purchase more.

great place to get gas or things for the road. It's a perfect place to get the things you need without going to the big huge stores. and the place is clean, very friendly staff . its the only place I stop..

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRULY. I travel extensively and have NEVER seen nicer, more congenial people. Halloween 2018 they made a "Haunted House" in the store for the local kids! It was VERY professional. So much so, that I sat in the store for 2 hours just enjoying the whole experience. They serve a ridiculously large customer base daily, and yet they treat each one with unrushed sincerety plus a smile. In my 57 years, and residence in several enormous population areas, I've NEVER seen a better crew.

Well it seems like every single morning when I go in there for coffee the coffee counter is an absolute mess and I have trouble finding a spot to put my refill cup down because it's so messy. I realize there's only one person working from 7 to 9 which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but she does make the coffee but since you're over there take a couple of swipes with the rag at least.

I bring in my own gallon container which the "owner" herself filled for the $1.39 refill price. The employee who always has an attitude tried to charge me double the posted price of 56oz or larger. They now have told me that because they cant get on the same page I should just go somewhere else. Even though they are the only 711 in town they are turning away paying customers. It says no where there cups only or larger than will be charged more. This place has so much drama they have a stuffed Lama to try and manage them. It's sad when owners or employees or a company offer such bad service you have to go else where and why is there a stuffed animal managing there drama issue. They need new management and employees
