I was in store today and I purchased some gas. I was parked at pump 4 but I guess I told the cashier pump 2 so with that being said someone stole my gas. When I asked what happen I was told that I should have paid attention to what number I parked at and that I could go and find whom every stole my gas. The store Manager was very rude and even called the police on me. This location needs a new Manager because lack of education makes a person handle a simple customer relation problem turn into a personal police matter it really just got out of control. But I did get in contact with their Corporate Office and I must say that the man handled the situation in a very professional way and helped me to get my money back.

I stopped in today to get gas and food and the cashier Angie was a complete rude person. I asked yo use the restroom and she rolled her head and said no they are closed and said since when and she said covid that's when qith a complete attitude, if she doesn't like her job there is plenty people looking for work. I asked her name and she told me it and said you want my bosses name too with nothing but another head movement. I do not understand why people like Angie are allowed to work customer service and think they have no repercussions to thier actions. I would like someone to contact me and if not I will be calling the owner of this chain til I get a response

The kid working today 8/16 at 4:38pm had a serious attitude problem with me, ZERO customer service, rolled his eyes at me when it was clearly something wrong with their gas pump and left a group of people waiting in line to have me move my car back to the pump that wasn't working. Not a pleasurable experience all around.

Terrible location, can't stand that white haired woman who deserves to be fired, she has a terrible attitude and looks like a zombie from the walking dead. Won't recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately I CANNOT give ZERO for this review. My son went to get gas here and a man on drugs (employee) helped him. He argued with a woman about her EBT right before and was ready to fight. Then my son was at the register to get GAS and this man with a chipped front tooth verbally assaulted my son and his fiancé. DO NOT EVER GO HERE IF POSSIBLE. FIND OTHER PLACES NEARBY. All has been reported to corporate but NOBODY seems to care. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Literally can’t stand how often they only have one person working in the store during busy hours so that if someone orders a food item it creates a huge line. It’s sad how franchise owners think they can cut costs by not scheduling people to work.

Ive frequent this location few times a week because its the closest to my job & for the most part my experience is fine, however this employee by the name of Tony there who is extremely rude. All other staff is nice & friendly with the exception of this guy. He is very unprofessional & rude. I have heard him speak bad of management & co workers. Also I went in to mail out a package through there postal service around 1pm and he told me they were closed for the day, although the website states otherwise for the hours & I told him that in which he responded in a very rude way saying "well its closed, what do you want me to do about it? Just go somewhere else if I don't like it" I told him there was no need to be rude and he told me that if I dealt with what he did on a regular work day I too what be like that. Not to mention it was in front of several customers. I never have any problems at this location but this employee makes my trip less than pleasant; Never fails!

If you go into this 7 eleven early in the morning, The gentleman that works early morning or late night will give attitude and tell you it's his busiest time of the day. So beware! Other than that it's a great 7 eleven and the other employees are wonderful.

Asked the dude with the bad lazy eye to make tacos. Normally take 2 minutes at ANY other 7-11. Guy said if it's not in the warmer then we can't. Apparently he couldn't spare the 2 minutes please the customer. Lazy! No way around it ... absolutely lazy.
