Well stocked, speedy checkout, and friendly staff. The security guard was helping the cashier bag groceries, showed great team work.

I use this smiths because it's right next to my doctor's office. I bought some almond banana milk for about $4 and when I got home, which is about an hour bus ride each way, I found out someone opened it. I didn't think I needed to check on that. It is kinda in a bad area of Vegas so I'm assuming someone drank it to try it like it's a free sample. I called and spoke to Tracy and she said I'd have to bring it back if I wanted a refund. I'm actually gonna take it back for my $4, but that's a pretty messed up way to treat a customer. Tracy seemed rude, kinda sarcastic.

Horrible place. I went in today and slipped on blood on the floor from the meat department. Good thing I didn't fall. But mostly, every time I go there I feel uncomfortable being a white woman. I feel the tension of racism with the Black employees. Sorry but they are very rude. I won't be going back.

Sage the customer service representative that handles the carts and bags was amazing, he saw I was disabled and immediately came to help. He had a sense of urgency that really helped me out today. I want to personally thank him for his good work. I also want to say thank you to Steve in the red vest for being so considerate and kind. This experience was over the top fantastic and i really needed the help and they were there immediately. Everyone at the store is nice but these two really set the bar. Thank you for hiring such great staff, I'd hire them in a heartbeat.

This store is great. It was my main store before I moved to the southwest. Only one bad incident two years ago. The security guard mistook me for some homeless woman who caused a scene earlier that day. The manager recognized me as a regular and apologized to me. The guard didn't apologize. Can't blame Smith for the stupid security guard. This was my favorite store, miss it. 😘😘👍

It's always not enough people working the register, open more registers please, too many people walking the floor. And if your shopping cart is full they don't want you to use the self checkout. Which is understandable

I am a regular customer at this Smiths. I pretty much know all the ladies in the front. Tonight it was a few unfamiliar faces. Which is ok. Tonight the cashier really rubbed me the wrong way, with her sarcastic demeanor. She really got under my skin and that has never happened in coming into Smiths.

I just love Smith's! When it's busy they open additional registers. I have never had a bad experience at this store or the one on Nellis. 😀😀😀

This particular visit I had trouble with the ap and paying using it. However the 3 is because of the general appearance of this location. It seems unorganized always they pile food in middle that is on sell but it's chaos at best you have to rumage through to find anything it reminds me of the grocery store in parts of Juarez Mexico not that there is anything wrong with that but I come from the northwest and Kroger the parent company has Fred Meyer in that area and they are all extremely presentable and well organized as is the other Smith's in the fort Mohave area. I assume it has to do with the client level as the Smith's on Hancock is located in the trailer park area of town. The floors are cement unpainted it looks dirty by presentation. Not what I have coke to expect from Kroger actually surprised to see them allow this type of presentation. It looks like a food wholesale place or discount store rather then a grocery store. That being said the staff is friendly and they seem to have a wide variety of items. I don't purchase meat there because of the overall presentation I'm sure it's actually safe just gives me the don't drink the water I'm in Mexico feel haha. Would I recommend it. Id recommend a remodel and some organization or a drive to fort Mohave to the other Smith's lol. Stay safe everyone.
