Just now I picked up my son's prescription medicine.There are 2 customers in front of me ,then 1 customer just got there so he was behind me ,the manager came in front and asked me if I was in line I said yes,then that manager told me can I take care of him first? The customer that was behind me .That is a very bad manager first time I seen her in that store and very bad experienced for me that I am a customer of the CVS for over 5 years that everyone is so nice and polite except this manager ,thatt my maintenance is there too.That manager should not be worked there not good to the other customers eyes that they were in the back of the line .Date 10/12/2022 around 6:24pm.I want the owner or corporate to pay attention of this matter @ the CVS pharmacy,thanks.

The store personnel, are welcoming, helpful, and quite knowledgeable. I sought, assistance and am impressed with the customer service response. I left with a smile.

Transferred all my meds to this CVS location. Best CVS around. The one on desert inn and eastern was so bad i had to move my scripts. I will drive the extra 10 miles to have a dependable friendly pharmacy.

Maybe this CVS should change the "Open 24hr" sign. So that people are actually aware it's not 24hr anymore. Came here not knowing they don't open for 24hr anymore, came here with my 10 month old baby because I needed to get him formula and I thought "hey! I know a place that's open 24hr. Guess not anymore. Change the sign and remove the 24hr. Clearly it's not open 24hr anymore.

Large store with a lot of nice items and variety, clean but a lot of shelves were pretty empty. Like most stores it Looks like they took out the photo department & just have a few kiosks. The employees are not friendly, I said “hello, how are you?” to a passing employee & she completely ignored me.

Went to fill my prescriptions, they SWITCHED my medications WITHOUT telling me and only addressed the problem today, three weeks after the fact. When I asked why it was switched without telling me all I was told was "Well we switched it because insurance" Okay but why wasn't I informed? "I don't know" So if you're willing to be more on top of your meds than the pharm techs this place is fine. But clearly not all the techs are trained in how to properly handle prescriptions so I'd recommend caution for anyone who doesn't have time or energy to wrangle these people into properly doing their jobs.

There was only one employee covering the check out area and she did a fantastic job. She was able not only to acknowledge waiting customers in line and assist customers at the self check out area too. Like other reviews, this location would benefit from additional employee to assist customers.

The pharmacist team of Sarah, Ashley, Veronica and Vivien did a super job helping me with an emergency prescription for my dog. He required seizure medicine and they did everything possible to give me the best price for the meds. They were helpful, pleasant, and efficient. They helped me get through a difficult morning and I appreciate their customer service skills and professionalism.

Marissa was exceptionally helpful tonight despite being abused over the phone the entire time she was ringing us out. Perfectly professional. We could tell the person was filibustering her, refusing to let her get off the phone, and she was still able to tend the customer before and also tend us with politeness and efficiency. That woman is a stellar employee. I’d give 5 stars except no company should ever let their employees be an emotional punching bag to customers for less than $50 an hour. She’s a human being and she deserves more respect than that person on the phone was giving.

They asked me if I wanted my flu shot while I was there and I said sure assuming they'd be able to be efficient about it 30 minutes later I had to end up walking out because I was only there to pick up one script. The techs clearly paid no attention to me and did any other task than prepping a shot and it was a massive waste of my time.
