8 Best convenience store in Henderson, Nevada (NV) 2024

My experiences at 7-Eleven have all been positive sometimes they don't have what I need but that's okay most times they do even things that I don't need they have and they're very very friendly I appreciate everything they do thank you ~Dewayne

Use to go to this every day I worked for breakfast and lunch. Then they updated they're card readers and it only excepts apple pay. i have Google pay. They dont even except ebt. I've tried every day for the last week to see if they fixed it and it's still broken. ~HexTG

I was in store today and I purchased some gas. I was parked at pump 4 but I guess I told the cashier pump 2 so with that being said someone stole my gas. When I asked what happen I was told that I should have paid attention to what number I parked at and that I could go and find whom every stole my gas. The store Manager was very rude and even called the police on me. This location needs a new Manager because lack of education makes a person handle a simple customer relation problem turn into a personal police matter it really just got out of control. But I did get in contact with their Corporate Office and I must say that the man handled the situation in a very professional way and helped me to get my money back. ~Silver

I finished shopping and went to cash register to pay for my items. There was one cashier with a long line waiting. I went to one of two self-checkout stations to purchase my items. once finished...my card processing was put on hold and I was given a message that one of my items had an age restriction and 'assistance is on the way.' After about 5 minutes of waiting another customer used the other self-checkout station. Her purchase was put on hold too. Another CVS employee came out to help the lone CVS cashier who also had a hold put on his register. No one came to assist the locked up self-checkout stations. A third CVS employee showed up about 5 minutes later. The other station was cleared after a few minutes. I was instructed to re-do my checkout and eventually the male cashier cleared my age restriction. I was free to go after about 15 minutes of waiting with a flashing light on my station. Three CVS employees, but only one active cashier, three locked up machines, Lots of unhappy customers.... It did not go unnoticed that the on-duty manager did nothing to speed things up or get customers on their way. This CVS always seems to have cashier and self-checkout issues. I'm not going back. Apparently, there is no store manager at this location. ~Vince

I ate a turkey provolone bacon sandwhich here 2 going on to 3 days ago, i have had the runs and sore stomach ever since. Great workers, but the food is bad esp the sandwhiches. Update: gravely ill, went hospital, food poisoning from the sandwhich. ~Angel

Never going back there again. Please read my story I went there today March 7th 2018 around 4:30pm. There was 3 people working with no other customers. I assumed one of them is the manager because she dressed differently ( gray/green shirt with a name tag) I didn’t wear my glasses. So, I couldn’t see her name. I paid $25 for my gas and walked out, but the gas pump didn’t work after many tries. I walked in and asked for the reason. The lady( I assumed that she is the manager) was acting really rude and ill-mannered. She asked me “How did you pay?” Then the girl at the register, who took my money said “Cash” but she( the manager ) asked me rudely again “ How did you paid?” I said “I was just in here and I used cash” She told me that they are dealing with another customer now. Which there was 1 customer at the check out register. But remember there was 3 people working. So, I said “it didn’t make any sense since I have already paid a while ago.” She rudely replied“ you need to stay in here and wait and see if something is wrong” I was surprised. How many times I went to the gas stations and never have this problem! So I said. “ What can be wrong!?” The lady( manager I assumed) turned her back and put her hands up in the air like she was so pissed off and said “ I’m done. I’m done!!” Long story short, bad manner, bad service. For the owner, If you ever has a chance to read this, please consult with your employees how to be somewhat professional at their job. ~Amy
