Not very pleasant. Ask them to throw one of their own cups in their trash and they wouldn't do it they said they're not allowed to we would have to drive around to the other side of the building and use a trash can there I thought that was a bit much. There's never anything really special about McDonald's that stopped 40 years ago when they stopped putting sugar on their fries and frying it in beef lard. As far as service goes the service in my community for early Nevada is always excellent and extremely pleasant.

Busy location, I stopped by around 6:00 am and there was already a line at the drive-thru. The service was quick though and the employees were very friendly! Price hikes were definitely noticed a sausage McMuffin and a small drink was about 5.00 with taxes. Parking: Plenty of parking space, and multi lane drive thru access too.

I stop in here pretty much every day that I go to work to get my ice coffee fix!! They're doing a great job at it, with no surprises as of yet. Just the way we like it.....consistent and speedy to get through the drive-thru. Great job, Team MacD!

In drive thru line for 20+ min watching the jack n the box line come and go while we are still 6 cars deep and not moving….. seems like they need more staff to handle the constant traffic flow. I realize people are short staffed but the sense of urgency was not reflecting this.

There was a bone in my sons chicken nugget in which he choked on. I tried calling McDonald’s to let them know of the dangerous situation & let them know there may be more in the batch and that my son choked, but was screamed at by the GM and was told to get a refund by UberEats when the money was not the problem.

I normally don't eat at McDonald's, usually the service is lacking, not here drive thru was excellent and more then efficient, hot food, and great service! I will be stopping here again, McD's this crew earned back some of my patronage. Ca.e in again today and I liked it again because of the crew here, very nice and helpful. I have saw some winning g about the service here, I am normally not a McDonald's fan, I am of fernley location, I have never been served by any shift that they weren't exceedingly polite and very willing to get your order correct...the complainers o. Here should try being polite themselves and maybe be more truthful, some swearing a frozen fish patty?? Lol, I doubt it, kudos to the manager here, you and your crew are doing a great job!!

The kid working the drive up window was so awesome . I roll up,,,, and notice his glasses. Actually they were blue light blocking glasses Actually they were from best buy Actually they were from amazon. Axtually they were 40$ Make that kid the manager NOW

Normally have no problem with this location but tonight I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, got home and found a piece of paper grilled between the cheese and burger. I called the location to let them know and they said they would make me a new one just bring in my receipt.

We were there 3/18/2022. Our burgers were cooked nice and fresh which shocked us because it was 12:30. Our fries were nice and hot and very fresh. I wished I could remember the young man who waited on us. Our experience with this McDonald’s was the best we have had in years. So Thank to all of you that day. Job well done. We definitely got what we paid for.

Wow, new low. Missing bottom bun from chicken sandwich. My "no onion" big mac got made as a "no pickle" :( not terrible, but ew its covered in onion, thank god i dont have an allergy, ill just scrape off the nasty slivers. Oh and... Ice cream machine still always "down" still, even after emailing/calling the managers several times over the last year. Why is it so hard for yall to get simple orders right? No bottom patty? Seriously?!
