This place is really good for late night shopping. ( Before 12 AM IT IS CLOSED AFTER THAT) I come here when I need something quick. They have a good variety of things to buy, at fair prices. It's a good stop for essentials.

Absolutely furious I have been sick for the weekend I had scheduled an appointment for a COVID-19 test at my local Walgreens where I get my prescriptions. I do not own a vehicle so I have always done walk up Covid tests and to be safe I try not to go to the store… and yet for this one test when I called in to let them know I was there they refused to allow me to get my test, stating “I need to purchase and Uber or taxi” and yet in the email they said it SPECIFICALLY says call store for walk-up instructions. And so I had to walk in and purchase an at home test. I spoke with the manager and I made a complaint, the manager told me that if I had a bicycle I could ride a bicycle up but I cannot walk. So even though I have walked up for EVERY Covid test I have taken this one was against policy?? It made absolutely no sense to me they were very rude and discourteous and unprofessional I’ve done walked ups for every COVID-19 test I’ve ever done most of them at Walgreens or CVS and this is the first time I’ve been treated as such a fashion. Hopefully the at home test I purchased is negative….

Set up appointment online Sunday for the new COVID vaccine, took a $20 Uber to get there after two appointment confirmations from Walgreens, and was told they don't have it. The 90 year old man in front of me had walked several miles in 100 degree heat to hear the same thing. Epic fail. They don't have any baskets or carts and the front door is broken out. This store is a prop from 28 Days Later. 🚮

This review is in reference to the Walgreens located 1101 Las Vegas Blvd and Charleston. They have ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ACTUALLY THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.You call and ask to talk to the store manager and the LAZY, INCOMPETENT CASHIER told me she was transferring me to the store manager. And proceeded to hang up the call. SO STORE MANAGER IF YOU ARE READING THIS your employees have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!! It is truly sad when you live less than a mile from the pharmacy and now have to go over 5 miles away to CVS to pick up your prescriptions. Since your pharmacy employees do not know how to run the counter and drive thru. You should have the Walgreens pharmacy on Eastern and Windmill show your pharmacy techs how to run the pharmacy if only two people are working in the pharmacy. And if the Walgreens on Eastern and Windmill was not so far away from my house I would go there. But CVS is closer. Thank You for showing me how wrong I was to choose this Walgreens!!!!

Last week the checker girl with face tattoos was super rude to my boyfriend even yelled at him then she stared me down like she wanted to fight. You don't scare anyone but a box of doughnut girl let's get that right. 2nd security likes to follow small women around and harass me I've always been a paying customer unlike half the people I see in there why not bother them? Was told some racist things about white people by the checker girl . Theres so many people on that property why bother me seriously. Here's a pic of 1 of the 4 houseless people I encountered that all ask for cigarettes or change and can be mean if you ignore them. Disappointed that this is my local walgreens and I never feel safe including the workers. Alot of items are missing here or locked up for a reason. Workers get 0 stars

March 22, 2022 - brought a simple antibiotic prescription in - early afternoon. I gave the paper to the people in the pharmacy. I was told to go home and return in 3 hours. I did exactly that. When I returned, they had made zero progress on my prescription. I waited for hours in the pharmacy. I was assured that my prescription would be ready soon. Endless hours went by. It was dark, I needed to eat, so I gave up and went home. As I departed, I noted that maybe 15 people had been waiting a long time and nothing was coming out from the pharmacy (they were not delivering any prescriptions to anyone for an extended period of time). I have no idea what was going on - at this Walgreens. This antibiotic is on their shelf. The exact same transaction would have required no more than 20 minutes (grand total) at Smiths Pharmacy. I can only guess that they are understaffed. So sad because this pharmacy is close to me; however, I must figure out how to travel to another pharmacy because I cannot put up with this kind of incompetence again. In conclusion, if they were having problems, they should have stated so. They should have specified that their computers were down or that there was sewage on the floor or whatever. Then, I could have taken my prescription to another Walgreens location instead of wasting my entire day.

So I never really cared about doing reviews but today I just felt the need to say thank you so much to curt. I have been sick for a couple of days and didn’t want to walk into the store he went out of his way to get what I needed. In all honesty I really thank you.

Went to buy a at home covid test because I was told they did have them in stock. I asked if they had the $10 ones still in stock they said yes. Thankfully I was literally 5 minutes away, waited in line and when I asked for one the male cashier with thick black eyeglass frames and curly hair said they only had the $124+ tests! I said omg why are they that much as a knee jerk reaction and he said rolling his bug eyes into the back of his head I DONT PRICE THEM THATS JUST THE PRICE LADY!!! Like dude I understand you dont feel you have the best job in the world but dont spew your negative energy towards everyone you felt attacked by. Not everyone is "out to hurt your feelings".

I had an appointment for a COVID test at 2:30 I got there 2:25 I was waiting in line behind two cars. By the time I was up there it was 2:40 and the pharmacist tells me I’m late. I told him I’ve been waiting in line this whole time then he says he’s going to check if I can still take it. Then I wait to receive my testing kit for like 15 min. I can hear him complaining though the window the whole time. Extremely unpleasant experience
