Went for a booster for covid. They said the form that “saves time” That u fill out online isnt in effect. But, ive taken 5 seniors to other Walgreens and never had a problem, guess they aren’t educated in there field, waited a hour, wasnt anyone here, so i walked out. Also the attitude was really up there, im a quiet person so i just answered yes and no then was completely ignored so i walked out. This is on you Walgreens, stop hiring ppl who don’t understand there job, especially when there dealing with older ppl and life saving vaccines.

Quite possibly the most rude and incompetent staff to ever work at a Walgreens, let me be clear it is solely the pharmacy. What is even the point of asking someone if they'll hold, when you place them on hold before they can answer you? AND THEN repeatedly placing me back on hold for HOURS at a time and saying nothing. You've had me on hold so long I was able to drive from my house, on hold to the pharmacy wait in line on hold and watch the staff pick up the phone say nothing and drop it back on hold. I called earlier today regarding my post op pain script, there was a delay. I ASKED WHAT YOU NEEDED TO FACILITATE THIS ALONG EXPEDITIOUSLY, I was told pay cash or wait for insurance. YOU HAD MY SCRIPT FOR 6 HOURS AND DIDNT CALL ONCE SO I COULD CONTACT MY SURGEON TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU NEEDED. now it's quarter after 5- I've been in agony and my drs office is closed until tomorrow. GREAT JOB DROPPING THE BALL. Thee entire pharmacy department needs fired ASAP ... because this isn't the first time this has happened. And now you guys shorted me my medication HEY CORPORATE FIX THIS NOW

I have used this pharmacy for over a year now. It has not gotten any better over time. In ways, it seems worst. The manager(s) of the pharmacy don't understand how to solve their problems in handling the quantity of people that use their service. The result is they just count pills while the drive-up window services 2 cars an hour (seriously), with the balance of the cars waiting in the sun. Inside, they crawl over one another to get from point A to B, leaving you wondering just who will be keeping the dense accumulation of people around the windows organized and moving. I have used my cell phone to call them once to ask them to please service the line at the drive up window. I had been in the same position for 40 minutes! None of the workers seem happy. They have no smiles, no joy. It's not their fault. They are productive, as productive as the system allows them to be. So they work harder because the leadership is not getting smarter. The failed work environment comes from the poor leadership of the pharmacists. I've had it! Even the bus doesn't keep you waiting aimlessly. I am switching over to another Walgreens nearby.

Had a Covid vaccination appt for 1145am still here an hour later. What’s the point of appointments if they cannot be kept? This Walgreens is 100% inconsiderate of peoples time. I am supposed to be back at work but instead I am waiting here on this slow moving pharmacy.

I had a covid testing appointment at 1245pm. I arrived there at 1220pm because I knew it would take awhile. I didn’t get to the window until 115pm. I told her I had an appointment and the lady told me they aren’t doing testing anymore today and I should of gotten here 15 minutes prior. I explained to her I was but the line was long what do you expect me to do. She said oh well, schedule another appointment. That’s ridiculous! How can you blame the customer for being late when you’re literally holding up the line longer than it should of been. Pretty much an hour waiting and then I get told can’t do my covid testing. Just unbelievable and ridiculous. Even tried calling to talk to a manager, waited 15 mins on the phone then they hang up on me. Unbelievable! By far the worse Walgreens ever!!

Horrible Horrible. This is review is only about the pharmacy. I had scheduled 4 appointments scheduled for covid test. The fam and I went to our appointments at the correct time. After two test the lady working the pharmacy told us that she could not do the remaining 2 test and told us to return in 30 minutes. 30 minutes go by and we wait in line for 2 hours. When we finally reach the window the same person that helped us out tells us to come back after 2pm. We told her that she told us to return in 30 minutes. She responded (Really)? Then to avoid further conversation she said that they were all out of test all because their lunch time was coming up. So I thought to myself "she first said come at 2pm and then she said that they were all out of test". This has been the worst experience i had with walgreens pharmacy.

Clean store, easy to see from the road, easy to get to. I brought my son here to get a flu shot, and like some other reviews stated, the wait was kind of long. I came here a few months ago for a passport photo and that was quick. Overall it has been pleasant shopping here.
