Didn’t have my referral for lab work even though I confirmed my doctor sent it. They sent me away even tho they could have made a quick call to the doctors office and got the paperwork faxed over.

I arrived at 4:30 I drove from downtown Dallas left work early to get there in time . A worker named Keke said no she will not see anyone else and was super rude said she had other work to do.A lady with her 98 year old mother she was super rude to her and no I won’t see anymore patients. This is the absolute the worst customer service I have ever seen. Then I seen her leave on her phone chatting with what sounded like her friend. Maybe you should update your website to only if it’s convenient for Keke . Even the pharmacist heard how rude she was and was in disbelief. I would have gave up my turn for the elder lady . Again it says your open til 5:00 not 4:30 !!!!

I wish i could give her 0 stars. Worst Worst Worst experience of my life. I always go to quest but never been treated like an animal. Save yourself from Maria S. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and will butcher your hand.

Would definitely recommend this location. When given orders for lab work on our 8 month old it was recommend we come here. Our first try, they could not find a vein and we’re quick to stop trying as to not cause more pain for the little guy. They recommended we beef up the fluid intake and try back. The next day we did and as delicately as possible they were able to get the sample. I appreciated their persistence yet humanity. I know little chubby baby veins are not their normal day to day.

Horrible scheduling system. No one at the front. Kiosk says walk ins should press the blue button…there is no blue button. No one answers phone. Got a flyer (see pic) that says walks in MIGHT get served that day. I’m getting off Aetna if they require me to go to this place for routine bloodwork.

After reading other customer complaints exactly like what I experienced today, I felt justified in telling what I went through! Closing hours say 5:00 and I walked in at 4:53, but was immediately told, “We close in 5 minutes.” Another person walked in after me and we both stood there! I continued to question the fact that it wasn’t 5:00 yet. One phlebotomist was working with someone but the lady who continued to repeatedly tell us they close in 5 minutes wasn’t working with anyone. She began asking for my information out loud in front of others and then claimed there were no lab orders sent! Just like previous complaints stated, I have no doubt the orders were there because I watched my doctor send them!! She just wanted to close and not deal with customers! She put me in a very uncomfortable situation and I didn’t appreciate her unprofessional attitude!

My visit could not have been easier. As soon as I checked in, Jeremy told me to come on in and he helped me immediately. I do not have easy veins to deal with (at least that is what all the phlebotomists tell me), but Jeremy found one quickly and successfully with no bruise left---most unusual for me. Kudos to Jeremy!

Phlebotamist origionally told me I could walk in and drop off my 24 hour urine sample as long as I put my name and DOB on it. Done. Waited a couple days and messaged my MD to see if results were in. He asked if I had blood work done. I was not informed there would be blood work. I returned I believe 6/2 for blood work as my doctor told me I could probably get it since it has only been a couple days since I dropped off specimen. Same phlobotomist informs me my specimen was thrown out because he had no idea who it belonged to therefore he could not look up a phone number to call me to come back for blood work. I am seriously confused about this now. I work in healthcare. It is very difficult for me to get time off for such a simple task of just dropping off a jug, (No one informed me there would be blood work). Therefore, I specifically asked about the procedure when I picked up the jug. The phlebotomist did NOT volunteer information. I did exactly what he said to do. I told him that as well. He did not deny that he told me that. Being in health care, specifically interacting directly with patients on a schedule, giving injections and performing studies, I KNOW the importance of informing the patient on their specific treatment. Basic rule of thumb in health care right? I also do not treat my patients like they are idiots because they do not know what to expect when they first arrive. I tell them immediately to put them at ease and to gain their trust. When I told him my doctor told me I could probably return to get my blood work, he told me, "then your doctor does not understand this test". He gave me another jug and told me I could return Saturday as they are open then as well. WOW This is your representative of Quest diagnostics. I won't be back to that Quest. No way would I trust that guy with a needle. I will go to another, and then never return to another Quest. I am really very upset at the lack of professionalism of this employee. I am disappointed in his overall patient treatment. He treated me as if I just walked right in, cut in front of everyone who had signed in before me and dropped off my specimen. I followed his instructions and he chastised me for it. I will not be back to quest, and to make sure everyone is aware of my treatment. This guy does not deserve to be in healthcare. He is either burned out or a narcissistic psychopath. Either way, he needs a different career path.

Been here multiple times with my wife. The staff here ensure we regret coming in every time. They are rude and unhelpful. More interested in having conversations with each other than helping those waiting to be seen. Always claim they haven't received any lab orders that have been sent in. We will now be making sure to drive the extra few miles to go somewhere else.

I got in and signed in. The office was clean and orderly. The directions were clear. There was one person in and another one waiting, but it didn't seem like I waited much at all before the woman working there called for me. She was cordial and professional. She drew my blood amazingly fast with no complications, which has been harder for others in my past due to my being overweight. I hardly even felt it! This visit raised my confidence in Quest Diagnostics.
