I've been a loyal customer for 3 years. I've never missed a payment. I've spent a fortune on insurance on my phone and it's under warranty. I've been calling for 3 days straight been on the phone for over an hour. All I'm asking for is a replacement Revvl phone. I've got nothing but the running around one insurance company says they're not going to fix it the other insurance and company says they're not going to fix it and they closed my claim and then just hung up on me. As soon as I get paid on the 3rd I'm going to a different wireless company. Be warned just because it's under warranty and under insurance doesn't mean that they're going to honor their commitments and stand behind their product. Tell everyone you know don't use Sprint T-Mobile.

So I decided to go to this store cuz is the one I like but ... I wanted to buy a new phone the guy told me they didn't have it. that I had to wait for 3 days to receive it. and as for right now it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my phone .... I went to the store and I ask why I have not received my phone and the guy gave me attitude and told me to keep waiting. I also ask for a screen protector and they didn't have it . It seems like they don't have anything at this store. To be honest I just moved to t mobile but with this service I'm considering to go back to my old phone company

I always feel that a store's true colors shine when you need to return/replace an item. I had an issue with one of my device's and the exchange process was so smooth. It was a device that has low inventory and I thought they wouldn't help me, but the manager Eric and the associates treated me as if I was adding a line! Great customer service. Proceed with confidence at this store. Wait times are long, but just ask the staff when it's typically slow and go then.

We followed Michael Gabrie From the Esplanade store which was originally Sprint. Always very helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Great person all around always eager to make sure we are satisfied . Highly recommend you ask for Michael G.

Luis made my day after Oscar was pushing all the products on me and telling me "this is what everybody buys" I new he was looking out for himself only, LUIS is the guy with experience and know the best deal for you he is professional and kind you fell his goodness and concern for what u need THANK YOU LUIS

If you are looking for customer service this is the wrong store. Clerk was not nice . She just wanted to get the sale over with. We had issues with the line and setting up (because she didn't do it properly to begin with) and had to call 611 where they helped us then got transferred to apple care as well. Her service was awful and I will not recommend this store.
