I just recently added a new line to my account I did not have the info I needed & Maribel helped me to get the info I needed from the other carrier. This time I had a great experience thanks to her. I really do recommend everyone to go see Maribel she’s very helpful really easy to get along with & that made me trust her. I love this place! Diana the Manager always gives me the best service. Someone brought here a pizza while I was there. He said I just feel like you always do a little more than other places. He is right. I couldn't say it any better. The staff is great and she knows her stuff! Excellent!

I went in to cancel my service and the girl that works there on Vineyard she just helped me amazingly she went over and Beyond and I keeping my service and getting for lines her name is Araceli she is the best maybe she should train other people to be more considerate and patient like she is she's a team leader

If you catch them with an empty store they are great. If they have a couple of large families who need lots of explanations as to why their new iPhone with the bullet hole can't be replaced free, not so much.
