I bought a phone as an upgrade for my disabled husband 4 days ago. The phone simply didn't work. I also paid for insurance. Today on my day off I took the phone back and asked for a replacement. Sue refused to replace the phone and said ,"I needed to eat the money". I work way too hard to throw money away and again MY DISABLED husband has to have a phone so I can work. I asked them to transfer back to his old phone and they wanted more money. So now I have made 6 plus trips to the store and Sue told me she refused to help me and her coworker tried and she stopped him. RIDICULOUS! them

DO NOT come to this store. The staff is rude and don't even know what they're doing. They need more training!! One lady overcharged us for a phone and refused to give us a refund!! I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Very friendly customer service great prices i even got a free tempered glass and a free 32 gb card with my purchase of a phone! I did compared pricing before buying and that store is the way to go also the girls are extremely helpful and super friendly n funny

I love this store I had bought phones at previous stores and I always struggled with getting in my Facebook messenger n what's app cause I don't know my passwords but right here the young lady was able to do it I also got a free Bluetooth this store is the way to !

Best customer service ever, very helpful, patient and great discounts on the phone accessories. I compared prices with the other metro stores and this one definitely had the best prices some other ones want you to get a new number all the time and not only that they want to charge over 20 dollars more than this store supposedly they say they will give you a free accessory but they charge it to you. Best deals and helpful people only at this location.

Be careful when you buy a phone here, as they are mostly defective and you cannot get your money back on an upgrade. On top of that you have to pay $15 for a refurbished one which takes about a week and a half for delivery. In the meantime, your bill is still due, and if you bring another phone to activate they'll charge you $10 to switch the line and another $10 for a new SIM card. You can't win with these people. The skinny girl with the long black hair has the worst attitude and there is never a manager available because he "is always traveling." Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this place.
