The staff are friendly and quick to let you know they've acknowledged you coming into their store and the prices are very decent. Service was slow considering when I came in there was someone who was also buying a phone ahead of me and there was only one representative, but that didn't bother me too much. What did bother me is that I was told a pair of headphones would be included with my purchase and then given a total price. I was given a brief explanation of my charges, mentioning my rebate, upgrade fee and taxes but when I went back two days later to get an itemized receipt I realized I was charged 15.99 for the headphones that were supposedly included. Not cool. And even more unfortunate is that they wouldn't honor a refund when I returned two days later, they told me I would need to come back when the representative who sold me the items was on shift (which, they can't tell me when they would be on shift) to talk to them about it. Hm, bummer. I feel really deceived, but learned my lesson. So those of you considering this location, be sure to know that nothing is "included", you pay for it whether you're completely aware or not. So just be just mindful. Also, don't expect any kind of grace here. If something has broke (like a screen protector), do not expect them to give you a replacement free of charge. I feel the representatives there would be better appreciated by the customer if the people in management taught better sales tactics for a company who builds long term relationships. I cracked my Motorola Android Turbo screen and they fixed it perfectly. I didn't even have to call for an estimate because Yelp did it for me. The owner emailed me back almost immediately with a fair estimate when most didn't even reply. Also, a lot of phone repair shops will not even repair Androids. I can't imagine how easily and cheaply they would fix iPhones. ~Jeanette

Wow, this place knows what there doing. i dropped my iPhone 7 plus and the screen cracked plus the phone would not turn on, i was stressing hard, i went to one repair shop and they told me my phone was unfixable and to do an insurance claim, then my friend told me about Amigos Wireless so i went in and the technician fixed my phone in 30 minutes. my phone was like new again. thank you Amigos for saving the day ~John

I am not exaggerating when i say this place has not changed a bit since the 1980s (probably even earlier, but that's the first time I went there). I say that in a very positive way though. I love it when I go into a business and it feels kind of like stepping back in time. I went in on Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty, save for two young men, employees, that looked as though they could have been from a vintage era themselves. They were clean cut and polite. I felt welcome and immediately very comfortable. I will make it a point to get my guitar strings from here from now on. I love that places like this still exist. ~Aaron

Was looking around for stereo shops for the 1999 Avalon I bought and came across Breakers. Just showed up and they installed a stereo same day and made my 20 year old car look modern and sleek. Everyone there was super chill and Jasmine was super friendly and walked me through the process. They called another Stereo shop for questions about my specific car to see what would help or not which was super cool to see that the industry helps each other out. I highly recommend Breakers. They have other services besides stereos and would totally come by to get those done as well! ~Jason
