The manager was good for absolutely nothing but looking for ways not to help me I don't recoment this place to anyone who works hard for their money on top of that t mobile phones are disposable

Went to get the deal of a tablet and 2 phones!the girl was rude and wanted to sell me the 2 phones and tabket for 310$ she was putting thinfs like cell cover and etc!extra!i got the same stuff at a location in oxnard for the $230 out the door!!i donot apreciate them taking advantage!!I DONOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE

The staff are friendly and quick to let you know they've acknowledged you coming into their store and the prices are very decent. Service was slow considering when I came in there was someone who was also buying a phone ahead of me and there was only one representative, but that didn't bother me too much. What did bother me is that I was told a pair of headphones would be included with my purchase and then given a total price. I was given a brief explanation of my charges, mentioning my rebate, upgrade fee and taxes but when I went back two days later to get an itemized receipt I realized I was charged 15.99 for the headphones that were supposedly included. Not cool. And even more unfortunate is that they wouldn't honor a refund when I returned two days later, they told me I would need to come back when the representative who sold me the items was on shift (which, they can't tell me when they would be on shift) to talk to them about it. Hm, bummer. I feel really deceived, but learned my lesson. So those of you considering this location, be sure to know that nothing is "included", you pay for it whether you're completely aware or not. So just be just mindful. Also, don't expect any kind of grace here. If something has broke (like a screen protector), do not expect them to give you a replacement free of charge. I feel the representatives there would be better appreciated by the customer if the people in management taught better sales tactics for a company who builds long term relationships. The rep. Was awesome. He's name was Ulises. He took he's time to figure out my best options. He was supposed to leave but stayed and took care of my whole account. If all other providers would htave this type of customer service it would be a better world. And that goes the other Metro T-MOBILE stores in the are could learn from their perfect customer service. Thank you for the great service. And I'm not getting paid in any way to do this. But with the awful customer service everywhere else you have to give credit where credit is due!

Prices are very good. I got a phone that would have cost hundreds but I only paid the tax. Their plans and coverage are better than others I have checked with. There great.

Metro PCS has the best prices if you research and find the deal. Gina helped me with a new iphone 6s for $199 including taxes. This deal is probably over but there are good deals that come up often. As with ALL phones, ask a lot of questions and read your contract. After over a decade with AT&T who offered me the same phone for $450 plus taxes, I made the switch to MetroPCS.

excellent customer service very helpful TEAM! came to this store with a lot of questions about my phone because it wasn't working and they fix it and answer all of my questions in a good way ill be more than happy to go back to this store specially with Gio! she was the one helping me:) tx gio!

SCAM ATRISTS!!! they told me my s7 was broken and talked me into buying a new phone and it turns out all I needed was a new charger and they wouldn't return my money for the phone they sold me (that I only used for 8 hours by the way) because "all upgrade sales are final" witch I was never verbally told that and the paper i signed that said it was a final sale was in Spanish and the lady knew I didn't speak Spanish and she told me it was a receipt not a contract! I called cooperate and they couldn't help me because this site a private store! And to top it off the lady that scammed me IS THE MANAGER!!! DO NOT ever go to this store!!!

Absolutely horrible. Sold me a defective phone and wouldn't give me a new phone but would have to pay for a refurbished one. Or as they like to put it, "manufactured phone"
