Maribel was more than patient with me. I had multiple phone and iPad questions and she saved me having to struggle on my own for days. Even the manager came out and the other young man and they were also friendly highly recommend this cricket to anyone ~Tracy

The staff are friendly and quick to let you know they've acknowledged you coming into their store and the prices are very decent. Service was slow considering when I came in there was someone who was also buying a phone ahead of me and there was only one representative, but that didn't bother me too much. What did bother me is that I was told a pair of headphones would be included with my purchase and then given a total price. I was given a brief explanation of my charges, mentioning my rebate, upgrade fee and taxes but when I went back two days later to get an itemized receipt I realized I was charged 15.99 for the headphones that were supposedly included. Not cool. And even more unfortunate is that they wouldn't honor a refund when I returned two days later, they told me I would need to come back when the representative who sold me the items was on shift (which, they can't tell me when they would be on shift) to talk to them about it. Hm, bummer. I feel really deceived, but learned my lesson. So those of you considering this location, be sure to know that nothing is "included", you pay for it whether you're completely aware or not. So just be just mindful. Also, don't expect any kind of grace here. If something has broke (like a screen protector), do not expect them to give you a replacement free of charge. I feel the representatives there would be better appreciated by the customer if the people in management taught better sales tactics for a company who builds long term relationships. I cracked my Motorola Android Turbo screen and they fixed it perfectly. I didn't even have to call for an estimate because Yelp did it for me. The owner emailed me back almost immediately with a fair estimate when most didn't even reply. Also, a lot of phone repair shops will not even repair Androids. I can't imagine how easily and cheaply they would fix iPhones. ~Jeanette

Wow, this place knows what there doing. i dropped my iPhone 7 plus and the screen cracked plus the phone would not turn on, i was stressing hard, i went to one repair shop and they told me my phone was unfixable and to do an insurance claim, then my friend told me about Amigos Wireless so i went in and the technician fixed my phone in 30 minutes. my phone was like new again. thank you Amigos for saving the day ~John

Boost seems to be running out of stores. The one off Vineyard has closed It would be nice if they opened a Camarillo store that would save me from driving to Oxnard ~Nik

Went here to get my phone activated as it wouldn't work doing it myself online, employee was very helpful, explained why it wasn't working when I did it, and let us know about the 50% sale on all accessories. Would definitely come here again. ~Shani

Thanku to the young lady (csr) that assisted me patiently on Xmas Eve. Pretty embraced i didnt get her name. She was very professional, insightful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I walked in a big mess. I was of coarse Having issues with more then one phone/line. But she knocked them all right out. The staffing is amazing, as well as the manager. We were recommended to Denise By a few family members and my wife was super happy on how fast she was able to get our account information from metro and how fast she set us up while still giving us 100% customer service!!! We activated our service at the cricket next to Pizza Hut but I believe these two are connected. We couldn’t find that location on google. Denise & her staff are amazing ~Juan
