Remembered why I got my last 2 phones elsewhere. Went in today at 440pm. Door says they close at 6. Plenty of time. I wanted to upgrade with the upgrade credit in my text message. Dude asked me why I was there. Told him what I wanted. He didn't ask me what size, he brought out the box, started putting it in, when I asked if it was the 512, he said no. Then said "you should have said that." OK, sorry dude. You could have asked before assuming. Then he brings it out, takes payment and hands me the sealed box. Makes no offer to start the data transfer for me or anything else. So I ask "you guys don't help us out anymore?" he said "we close at 5" "I thought you closed at 6 (after leaving I confirmed this is what it said on the door.)" "no, 5." oh, OK. Overall he was just unpleasant. He seemed irritated that we were there, like he had other places to be. I've been with Verizon since 2005 and this is how they treat customers. Very disappointing visit, and a reminder why I usually go through Costco. ~Amber
