It's a good place to pay for your cable/internet services but they have a sign in system that is flawed and don't always work. One of the last times I was there I waited for over 3 hours after I signed in to be seen while the employees were just chatting with customers instead of helping them and moving on to the next customer. They really need a better system for appointments and walk-ins they have a total of 6 counters where they can use 3 for appointments and the other 3 for walk-ins. That's how I would have it set up if I was a manager there ~Reviews

Remembered why I got my last 2 phones elsewhere. Went in today at 440pm. Door says they close at 6. Plenty of time. I wanted to upgrade with the upgrade credit in my text message. Dude asked me why I was there. Told him what I wanted. He didn't ask me what size, he brought out the box, started putting it in, when I asked if it was the 512, he said no. Then said "you should have said that." OK, sorry dude. You could have asked before assuming. Then he brings it out, takes payment and hands me the sealed box. Makes no offer to start the data transfer for me or anything else. So I ask "you guys don't help us out anymore?" he said "we close at 5" "I thought you closed at 6 (after leaving I confirmed this is what it said on the door.)" "no, 5." oh, OK. Overall he was just unpleasant. He seemed irritated that we were there, like he had other places to be. I've been with Verizon since 2005 and this is how they treat customers. Very disappointing visit, and a reminder why I usually go through Costco. ~Amber

Connie is super friendly and helpful. A very clean and convenient location. A great place to "Turn your loved items into someone else's treasures " I hope more people donate instead of throwing away. You could totally make someone's day with the items you may think are just garbage. And to people in the comments that gave it a 1 🌟 rating because you say it's a drop off and not a store, well it kinda clearly states that in the title. Donation Xpress. While Walmart itself is fast going down hill. The pharmacy and its staff have always been very good over the years. I have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy. You can't get a flu shot without an appointment. So, we made appointments for my husband and I, scheduled for today at 10:30 and 10:40. We arrived at 10:25, stood in line for ten minutes before making it up to the counter to check in and pick up a prescription. The girl was short with us, and was talking to the pharmacist the entire time she was supposed to be helping us. She told us to take a seat and they'd get to us as soon as they could. 35 minutes later, with five people standing around waiting for a vaccine, we left without our shot. On the way out, an employee passed by us and told the checker at the main checkout that he would be right back, he had to go get needles for the pharmacy. What a mismanaged circus!!! DO NOT schedule an appt with them....you can't get a flu shot without, or WITH, an appointment! ~Sandra

Cashier just confirmed that he find me out of my money. By asking me for the amount due and after I asked him to make sure that the buy to get the third free was applied to our Walgreens credit he had me do a run around and made me walk all the way back over to the aisle and take photographs with my own phone and after that wasn't good enough for him he had his manager come out and he still wouldn't fix it so then the manager went back to that same aisle and with another 15 minutes after that when there was a lady with a sick child attempting to get Pedialyte in the line was growing larger and larger he had stolen my money. Management and cashier are both common Caucasian heavy set tall and medium build con men that are working there they need to be fired! ~Ocean

So ticked to find out this store has plus sizes. A bit hard to find, though, and not as much size selection as there could be for as gigantic as this store is. Still, I got bike shorts to wear under dresses this summer and even found a pair of jeans. One. But one is better than none. ~J
