I had a low pressure tire alert. I pulled in to the store on Los Altos Pkwy in Sparks, NV. Your Associate Christopher was bright, friendly, and was very helpful. solved my problem, as well as headed off some issues that would have become problems sooner of later. I am very glad Christopher was there to help.

I made a appointment, last Thursday at 4pm, I still waited 45 minutes before you drove my truck into the shop, you seem to have fixed the slow leak on the right rear tire ok, but you were supposed to do a tire rotation, the leaking tire was mounted back in the same right rear location. I didn't see anyone torque the lug nuts either. Don't worry, I'll do the tire rotation, that way i know it is done right. That warranty was a waist, i won't be back.

We got a flat tire about 45 minutes outside of Sparks. We changed to the spare & called this shop. We had 4 brand new tires installed in less than an hour upon arrival. Can’t say enough good about this shop. Huge shoutout to the team & Eric who helped us get back on our road trip so quickly!! Thank you!

Hey guys. I did a walk in on a Thursday around 12pm. It was fairly busy, and they were still able to fit my 2020 Tacoma Sport with some wicked Wrangler A/Ts in about an hour and a half. Great job

I've been going to Discount Tire for the entire life of my cars. Always professional and courteous service, Las Vegas and Reno, Sparks. Their service and warranty is the best. They're pretty much busy, so just be patient. This is a great location for auto service, so if waiting there, you have plenty of eating places to hang out and have lunch or relax. Just ordered my second set of custom wheels from Discount Tire after about 9 years of the chromes pictured and had new rears Nitto 555 G2's installed. I don't give out 5 Star ratings easily, ..very particular about my cars. If I'm not happy with quality or service, I wouldn't hesitate letting others know. Highly recommend Discount Tire for those who are very particular about who services your ride and stands behind their warranties!!

We have been buying tires from Discount for over 20 years. Always great prices and service. I had a vibration when driving my Jeep Wrangler and expected it was an out of balance tire. I had purchased the tires from Discount Tire so made an appointment to have the tires rebalanced. I showed up at the arranged time and they had the tires rebalanced in less than 25 minutes. Problem solved.

Super, helpful, friendly and fast. They had just what I needed. Four tires I ordered online to be mounted on new rims, and 4 in stock for the vehicle I was driving. I was done after 45 min. I couldn't believe how fast it was & it was an added bonus that they wrapped my extra mounted tires in bags & placed them in my vehicle after putting my tires on my vehicle. I highly reccomend this location!

Been bringing both my vehicles here since I moved to Reno, call and make an appointment because they're always busy. Bring either vehicle in and pick it up when it's done. Bought a set of 4 tires for my car so I bring it in regularly for tire rotation. Also bring my truck here for tire rotations, so far so good. No problems and staff is friendly.
