You can't get a flu shot without an appointment. So, we made appointments for my husband and I, scheduled for today at 10:30 and 10:40. We arrived at 10:25, stood in line for ten minutes before making it up to the counter to check in and pick up a prescription. The girl was short with us, and was talking to the pharmacist the entire time she was supposed to be helping us. She told us to take a seat and they'd get to us as soon as they could. 35 minutes later, with five people standing around waiting for a vaccine, we left without our shot. On the way out, an employee passed by us and told the checker at the main checkout that he would be right back, he had to go get needles for the pharmacy. What a mismanaged circus!!! DO NOT schedule an appt with them....you can't get a flu shot without, or WITH, an appointment!

They will absolutely price gouge you on insulin pen needles. They charge 62.99 for the exact same product Amazon charges $28.00 for. Never purchase diabetic supplies from Walgreens. It's honestly sad that they do this.

Pharmacy staff, professional and courteous. Staff has helped correct prescription issues with Dr & insurance company. Front desk staff friendly & polite.

I used Walgreens for pharmacy mostly! And the service is mediocre at best. The pharmacist could hardly speak English. How bad is that when it comes to having your prescriptions filled. Could hardly explain in English the drug given! I'm not joking either! They don't offer to tell you about what's being prescribed you have to ask. Another poor customer service on Walgreens part. A pharmacy should tell everyone what they are receiving. Poor service will go somewhere else!!!

On August 19, 2016 my mother came from another state to visit my family. Her luggage was stolen and she packed all of her medicine, including insulin, in that bag. She was devastated, and I was lost as i did not know what to do. Walmart pharmacy turned us away saying "no prescription, can't help you" (will never shop there again!). But at this Walgreen's location it was a completely different story. Pharmacy's manager, Hillary McAdam was more than just helpful. She CARED. Most of all she was thinking outside of the box to come up with everything we could possibly need. Also, she found us best deals that saved us money overall (for example, mail-in rebate on blood glucose monitor, and $25off coupon on test strips). We had to come back the next day because it was too late in the evening to call my mother's regular pharmacy to transfer her prescription. Hillary spent 1 hr 15 min on the phone trying to convince the insurance company to fill the prescription. They would not give in because medicine was stolen, but then Ms. McAdam asked them if they would do it because the patient was on vacation and they said "yes". I don't know what we would do if we did not stop at this pharmacy. Hillary wasn't there just "doing her job" (I know, it's important to do your job) but she was there to help and provide an outstanding customer service. And she excelled at this. People like Hillary McAdam make this world a better place.

Big black man working behind the pharmacy counter beyond rude!!!!! I used to go there for my prescriptions and I decided to change to the CVS at the end of the street. I always was treated as trash by this man!!! He is not clear that part of his payroll is paid by us (customers ) . If you don't love your job, what are you doing there!!!????

Beyond rude. Will be contacting corporate about how I was treated. If you go to this Walgreens do yourself a favor and go to the Cvs down the street. Much better.

Big black man working in the pharmacy (sorry I didn't get your name). You are wonderful & warm and friendly when you didn't have to go out of your way. Thank you for turning a chore in to a great experience!!

Just spoke to the pharmacist about getting eye drops for my son - he could not have been more helpful and patient. Even though they didn't have the drops in stock, the pharmacist went out of his way to find another walgreens nearby that had the drops and explained what the best way would be to get them quickly. Great service - really appreciated!
