This is the main Hub for O’reillys. Very rarely do you have to go anywhere else. All the staff go out of there way to help. Great store!

I stopped in for a part has larger parts warehouse than the other O Reilly in town. A few times auto zone didn't have a part they would send me to another one of stores in the area. If there's and O Reilly across the street stop there before heading to that other auto zone.

I started at the store in Lemmon Valley they told me they had the part in stock. Didn't told me oh I must have called Prater Way by mistake. Not after all that I still got the wrong part. I had to go back to the next day and straighten this whole mess out. Typical

During my visit the store was definitely busy! There were 4 employees at around 4pm and they were all at the register assisting other customers. I was assisted by Christopher, he was so helpful, as soon as I stepped into the store, and got in line he greeted me. I was looking for liftgate support arms for my 07' Honda CRV he looked them up, they came out to about 83.00 with a coupon that I had, and he agreed to help me install them when I let him know that, I had just moved from AZ and didn't have anyone to help in town, and how I also don't have any vice grips, but didn't want to spend money on them if I was only going to use them this one time. Overall they're open from 7:30am-10:00am mon-fri and 8:00am-9:00pm sat/sun. The busy times usually begin around after 3:00pm and usually the mornings aren't too packed.

Hands down was Great service!! Billy for surly was the man of the day! He totally understood what we needed n checked out our mirror to make sure what they have is near the same. He helped us pick a mirror and the tools for the job! We were in N out like 123! 🙌👏👊✌ We went to another O'Reillys before this one but they were sold out of rear view mirrors n recommended this one since the system said they were stocked on what we needed. Dam happy we came through Yall are a great Team n Amazing service!😁🎉🎉
