Awful customer service from some woman named Candy. She is extremely racist and this is not the first time we've experienced this behavior from her. We own a business that is nearby and oftentimes use this location to ship last minute items. Today she harassed me for the last time with her racist, snarky attitude. You never know who your customer is so you should be careful how you speak to people across all races. This time we filed a formal complaint with FedEx corporate. Fire. Her. ~J

Best customer service. They go over any questions and are patient with what you need. They are very helpful and calm. The lines get long, but they are attentive and demonstrate how well they work during the daily rush. Thank you staff, you’re the best! ~April
