PLEASE BE NICER TO THE POST OFFICE EMPLOYEES! It is truly sad to watch. All of the employees are extremely kind. They’re patient and they work hard. They all are very well spoken, communicate well and work as sufficiently as possible. Every time I go in they are kind, but unfortunately a lot of things are out of their control right now and too often I see customers disgustingly rude to them over these things. The employees can not control the delay in mail. They can not control being under staff. They can not control the weather. The employees are doing a great job abs I appreciate all of you for your hard work! 5 out 5 for their service and the calm way they deal with the crazies.

Since moving here I have had nothing but a great experience here. It is the best post office I have been to in Washoe county. My keys came quickly, I was helped by friendly staff.

Everyone that works here is so rude for absolutely NO reason! The old lady that works the front desk is rude for no reason even if you are using manners. She threw a pen at me when I asked her if I could borrow one to write an address. Then there’s Nurell I think her name was. That’s a WHOLE other story…. HAHA… wow. I think it’s time for you all to retire… you all are too angry to be working here

This review is for those who had read the bad reviews here and hesitate to visit this post office because I was one of them. I went to the post office to pick up my package around 12:30pm on Thursday. It wasn't busy at all and two windows were open. It took me less than 3 min to get in and get out. I was stunned...it was the easiest! and none of the clerks working there was rude at all.

The worst, there is an older lady that works here that’s is very rude. Also I paid a lot of money for their fastest service like 10 days ago and my family still has not got it.

This post office is a dumpster fire and the reason the postal service will eventually become obsolete. Employees who don’t care about their jobs. Mail holds are apparently too complex as are duplicate keys. Everything is just far too complicated for the employees who literally don’t care about the work they do.

Old lady that runs the counter was a rude know it all that wouldn’t ship my package first class even though I’ve been shipping them for 3 years like this. The lady at the main reno office pulled out a package measuring tool and said my packages fit the criteria for first class. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Has to be the worst station, they do not even answer their phone. They keep delivering our company packages to the office suite next to ours they cannot even deliver the mail right. Worst Ever. I cant even give it a negative star which it deserves

Don't expect to pick up your package. Even when they said on the phone and on there website you can pick your package up. This was the absolute WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE. She would not even look my shipping information up. Do not waste YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH USPS. FEDEX, GSO AND UPS ARE THE ONLY GOOD SHIPPING OPTIONS. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

I have used this post office for the better part of 30years and have had a good experience each time I've had to go there. I can understand some people's frustrations with the wait time, and with not enough staff how else would do you expect to be handled...learn a lil patience, or schedule one less thing you need to do on a post office visit knowing your gonna have to wait. The people at this office have always been respectful and treat everyone as if they are the only one there. I appreciate this.
