As a automotive technician. This is the only place I take my vehicles too for tires and alignment. Very professional and Top Notch quality service and staff. Best alignments in Rockdale and Covington. Not to put it lightly you can even trust them with white wheels! Cannot reccomend enough!

Super unprofessional, I had motor work done 1st I was not advised that the repair was being sublet out to another business I found out after 2 months of the shop having my car. So 2 more months passed by and once I received my car from the shop and test drove it my car broke down n I had to take it to another shop to find out the didn't change the coils from the new motor out, placed a broken wire harness on my car with broken clamps and a broken bolt. I paid $550 out of pocket for more repairs. I called Ben the mechanic at b&m to work out the issue I agreed to cover the labor if he could reimburse me for the parts even though I didn't have to because they were responsible for not properly repairing my vehicle.. I took me 3 months to get my reimbursement which inconvenienced me a great deal and his response once he finally reimbursed me was "I been in business for 5 years so its whatever" no regard to how being a single mother of 3 having to move bills around to get my car repaired properly inconvenienced me I will not ever do business here again and I try to support black owned business before anything but this shop will not get a dime from Me ever again rude n unprofessional

Had tie rods, oil pan gasket and alignment job done here. Loved everything about this place...all around positive vibes. Really appreciate having straight up and honest people to take my car to. Definitely will be going back as needed

Their prices are the best around and most of all they are honest and just because I am a woman they never tried to take advantage of me by telling me I needed work done on my car when I needed nothing. Ladies this is a place to have work preformed on your vehicle.i recommend men also a place to have your vehicle worked on!

Since the name change/new owner this place has gone downhill in my opinion. Last time I went the gentleman changing my brakes hit my bumper with a hammer knocking it loose. He didn't even fix it. Time before that I went in for them to check my brakes and was told they were fine. A couple days later when I went to another shop I was shown just how bad the brakes were. They are cheap which is the only selling point. But you get what you pay for.

Very courteous and professional. Complete absence of arrogance. Refreshing actually. The building does not look like much from the highway but they've got it where it counts in late model Hunter alignment equipment. They did a precision 4 wheel alignment on my Lexus . The car also needed a reset of its electrical steering system which they were able to do. They were recommended to me by my mechanic. He also uses them for his personal cars. Glad I went. If you want it done right for a reasonable price this is the place to go. 9/13/21 Six months later and the wear patterns on my tires is outstanding!

Price was good for an alignment on my Jeep. Dropped it off and it was done in about two hours. The guy that I spoke with when I got there and got back was nice.

These guys do so much work, and are great at what they do. It's hard to get in , if you can't just leave it, get there early, I live aways from there, but chose to keep going back. My only thing I wish they would do, is set up appointments maybe even if one or two days a week, for people that just can't make it there early. Back issues and on disability, I just couldn't sit and wait, but finally my daughter was off one day and we ran errands. I recommend them either way.
