Went in for an oil change and asked them to look into the coolant system, as I had a warning light, on Friday. They didn't finish til Monday, charged $100 for the "diagnostic" (it was incorrect), and then informed they wouldn't do any mechanical work on the make of my car. In addition to that their hours are extremely unstable, one assumes because Firestone isn't interested in paying for workers.

Arrived at Firestone at 7:50 for air to be placed in tire, was told they were not able to by Chris the manager due to them already draining the air. I understand their may be a shut off time, but doors were closed much earlier than the time Hours of Operation close of business. Light were turned off at 6:50pm.

I made an appointment here to bring my car in after work, close to closing time, and anticipated that I would just have to leave it overnight for an alignment next day. Keno the store manager said I wouldn’t have to leave it and had one of his technicians work on it right away. He was also taking walk-ins an hour before close. That’s a good sign these guys worked hard all day and cleared all their appointments and walk-ins and had time to take on even more customers. They were very accommodating and I feel like that is so hard to find these days. Very fast and courteous service. Thank you! Service: Wheel alignment

Last week, I had an appointment for 10am prior to arriving. I decided to wait as a normal oil change and a vehicle inspection doesn't normally take long. Noon arrives and I noticed that my car has still not been serviced. I talked to the front desk guy and he said having an appointment doesn't mean that is when your car will be worked on, but instead means that you'll be next on the waitlist. I later found out that a gentlemen waiting in the same room as me who had arrived a bit before actually did not have an appointment, but was able to get an oil change before me. This is completely unacceptable! What is the point of making an appointment then? This location was not respectful of my time and did not give me any updates on my vehicle unless asked about it. Also, I was not told until after I paid that they did not have oil for 5000 miles, but instead for 6000 miles and charged me more. 3 hours later I was able leave with my car. Now note this, I did decide to give them another chance as I was told I needed a water pump replacement and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Drove all the way out there planning to drop off my car and had my husband follow me in another car just to find out that the lead technician was on leave and that I had to wait until Monday. No one called me to let me know. After telling the same front desk guy from the week prior to cancel my appointment and that I will be going somewhere else, he showed no sympathy and could care less. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Came to this location to figure out what was going on with my brakes due to the fact it’s right across the street from the Honda dealership I go to for service, and they informed me I needed all new rotors and pads all the way around (still question this due to the fact I just replaced all my brakes a little over two years ago but hey I digress). I ended up getting just the front brakes done and literally a couple weeks later, the brakes started squeaking. I called to inform them and set up an appointment because this location is always slammed packed, and when I arrived to my appointment, they told me I still had to wait for the next available mechanic and there were several appointments ahead of me (I don’t get what’s the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait but again I digress), I ended up leaving and setting up an appointment at a different location. Once I finally got seen at the location near Perimeter mall, I was informed the Chamblee location did not lubricate the brakes well enough and the brake shim had somehow had gotten out of place. Although having to wait 30mins after my appointment time at the Dunwoody location to get serviced, I drove off without hearing any squeaking but who’s to say it won’t start back up again. Long story short, I will not be using Firestone again for any future car needs.

I am beyond livid. I called in and made a appointment the associate told that there was a availability for Sunday at 10:30am. I set aside time and took off work to get my oil change and they are closed. This is not acceptable what a waste of a off day and gas.

So glad I stopped here for help. After a day of having shops man-splain all the potential things that could cause my back bumper to be loose, Keno was the first person to treat me with decency and actually take a look at it. Just as I suspected, a bolt came loose and he tightened it up. Took literally 2 minutes. Couldn’t have been nicer about it. This will now be the only auto care center I visit in the Atlanta region. I've arrived on time to my scheduled oil change. The front-desk employee advised that it will take between one hour and hour and a half. I've returned in an hour and a half only to learn that the technician needs to finish working on another car before even starting working on mine. The front-desk couldn't even advise what the waiting time is. I assume it was expected that I can spend 3.5-4 hours on changing the oil. I would've been perfectly fine if they simply re-scheduled my appointment.

Go somewhere else!!! Seriously. They have little to no integrity and they are incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. Firestone won’t honor the warranty for work they completed a month ago. The Service manager Malcom identified the part Firestone put in is faulty and they ordered a replacement part however they refuse to replace it. They kept my vehicle for 4 days , misleading me into believing they were working on it. The multiple conversations, interactions, and “ updates” where not documented, which is clearly a technique used to avoid accountability.

I came in for a flat repair and either they have faulty equipment or the technicians are incompetent because they damaged my rim when taking the tire on and off. They did send it to a local wheel repair shop but shockingly damaged it AGAIN putting the tire back on after the repair. This place is a total joke, don't waste you time here.
