This is one of the largest Walmarts in the country. Lower level parking is great for bad weather visits. The store was well stocked and clean. Has just about everything Walmart sells. ~bigjim41

Had to get some cards printed and they were ready in less than a day! I called the store 2/19 around 3:30PM and I couldn’t catch the name of the person who I spoke with but he was so polite and helpful. He was in the printing department. I have been going there for 6 plus years. Their services: car and customary are spectacular. They listen and take the time to discuss matters upfront. I had a problem with my tag screw thread being distorted. My tag was hanging funny. They even also fixed that when I pointed it out to them. Wow! ~Deaf

So impressed with The Piedmont Bank! I previously banked with a very large bank and as a small business owner I wanted to have a more personal experience with my banker. I could not be more happy with my experience. They were incredibly responsive and even hand wrote me a thank you note after we opened up a bank account with them. POOR customer service! I came in to open an acct and told the greeter what the issue was when I was attempting to open the account online. Her questioning was lowkey condescending and for the most part unnecessary. Finally a banker comes out to "listen" to what was going on but he stood off with his hands in his pockets like he was irritated. He takes me into his office at 9:35 to look at my information only to tell me he couldn't help me bc he had an appt at 10. I wanted to simply open an acct but they, for some unknown reason, take 45mins to open a personal acct! I have everything ready to go and could have been well on my way by the time or before his appt arrived. It takes them that long bc they have a lackluster attitude and no sense of urgency. They basically threw my business out so I gathered my stuff and left! Horrible experience! ~Morris

I do NOT recommend this location. The staff know very little about the phones. I'd give it one star but the manager Hazel is very nice and knowledgeable, but I can't say that for the rest of the staff. Also, as a dealer store, their terms and conditions are not as good as a corporate location. It's nearly impossible to return a phone. They charge activation fees on upgrades (corporate locations wave this fee for loyal customers if you ask). They are also often low on phone inventory. [ Try the corporate Metro location on LaVista road if you need a place nearby. They helped me out in every way that this location failed me. ]I had gone to this location for 3 years but it's gone downhill every year. There was a time I'd recommend it, but that was pre-covid, and I definitely will NOT be returning. ~Gunnie
