POOR customer service! I came in to open an acct and told the greeter what the issue was when I was attempting to open the account online. Her questioning was lowkey condescending and for the most part unnecessary. Finally a banker comes out to "listen" to what was going on but he stood off with his hands in his pockets like he was irritated. He takes me into his office at 9:35 to look at my information only to tell me he couldn't help me bc he had an appt at 10. I wanted to simply open an acct but they, for some unknown reason, take 45mins to open a personal acct! I have everything ready to go and could have been well on my way by the time or before his appt arrived. It takes them that long bc they have a lackluster attitude and no sense of urgency. They basically threw my business out so I gathered my stuff and left! Horrible experience!

Don’t go here for an appointment or if you have kids. My kids were just denied access to the bathrooms because they are employees only. One had an accident in the parking lot and one made it to across the street. TERRIBLE customer service.

I called customer service and asked for locations to get something notarized at the bank since I'm a member. I was told a location close to me I went to that branch and they said they don't have a notary so that was a complete waist of time and gas. Can't even get good information from customer service and you can hardly reach the branch itself. That's terrible

Great location. There is typically no line in the drive through atm so I'm always able to complete my transactions quickly. The biggest pain point is leaving. Its impossible to make a left out of here because theres so much traffic on Ashford dunwoody and peachtree.

I read this review before I came into the branch and was honestly blown away at how wrong they were. Everyone greeted me as I walked in. The teller was friendly, informative, and helpful as I was new to the bank. I will 100% come back to this branch for any assistance with my banking.

Then the arrogant little guy wouldn’t give his name and the VP of the branch had excuses. So sad... Then said if I was waiting for a banker then I could. Tried to make a cash deposit into my business account and was told the branch no longer has tellers - even though the person telling me this was a teller last week when I made my weekly deposit. Mandatory that all customers use their electronic machines for deposits (even biz customers) is what she said. Their electronic machines require you to carry your debit card - this is 2019 - no one uses debit - it is all credit card (have to farm the skymiles) I also have a personal account and a home loan through Chase. Already submitted paperwork to move home loan and other accounts to a different financial institution. Shame on you Chase.

I do agree this place is a little unconventional, doing away with traditional tellers. It did take me a long time when I first opened my account. However, the few times I needed to go to the bank to either get cash or counter checks, it went fast and smoothly. I do like the idea of the machine tellers, but maybe having a couple of traditional tellers to provide a human touch wouldn't be such a bad idea.
