This man is a crook!!! I went in to add a line to my account and pay my bill and the phone I wanted was 159 dollar unless you were adding a line! It was supposed to be free! He tried to tell me he didn't sell phones without the accessories! Which he wanted to change me 159 dollars for. I would not and didn't not even pay my bill with this man

I drive quite a bit of distance succumb to this particular store they have always been quite awesome very patient and I can appreciate the customer relationship

Went to get a replacement Sim for a lost one. The agent flatly said "we sell Sims only with phone activation" and went on to say it is MetroPCS policy. I told her I have bought replacement Sims before and what is the solution if a sim is lost or damaged? She didn't give a damn and just again flatly refused. Save your time, go to another store!

Bad customer service. They really need better training. Gave me total wrong information that they couldn't fix after. Now I have to stick to a plan that I am not ok with. Going to need to go to corporate to ask them to fix the issue.

I can't understand all these bad reviews, I've been going into this store twice a month for a long time and the service I get is up and beyond excellent, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
