Fast and reliable. I had a screw in my tire, they didn't have the tire in stock but they ordered it and when it arrive to the store they were able to take care of me right away. I've been using this location for years with different cars and they never disappoint.

I am brand faithful and I love this place! If done right you can have your tires service without the stress of knowing you're getting ripped off! They don't hide behind crazy stuff like charging you for a box of shop towels that they never used! Ok with that being said, I was very excited to have landed an appointment to have my rims changed out! Because this location is always booked out to atlease 3 to 4 wks out! And as in the past, I notice alot of new faces at this location! But I'm like as long as I'm treated right I'm good! The 1st thing I notice was the price increase for a simple mount and remount! But after going around the marbury brush, a price was reached that fit into my buget! Now what threw me for a loop was when they put those cheap plastic value stem cups on my tires! I rolled in with metal ones! Then upon inspecting the rims, I noticed that one of my original rims which was in the back on my car was the best out of the 8! I ask the tech how could you not see that it was the best rim out of the 8! He responded with something like "I I E E tookie tookie!" And then told me I had to go back inside if I wanted them to correct the problem! Needless to say, I got the problem corrected and I have a nicer set of rims on my car! Always check your tries before you drive off!

Went to discount tire because my tire pressure was low. They put air in it for Free, then he noticed a nail asked me to pull over so they can fix it also, for free. He said if I need tires they will match any tire company price. Just bring in the ad! I'll be bringing my cars hear from now on! No brainer!

Customer Service was amazing. Proactive, Attentive, Knowledgeable. Met me outside before I could even come in. Gave me a heads up that it would be ready in 5 minutes. Finished in less than 30 minutes even though they were busy. I'm a real client who came in for balancing and I have no reason to fabricate/embellish my experience. A+++++++

I love this location! Billy and Blake are awesome! They always go above and beyond to assist. On two separate occasions, my BMW and Camry was serviced the same day. On top of that the staff gets you in and out. They are friendly and professional. I’ll never go to another location EVER!!

Getting a flat tire is never fun, but the great service helped make a bad situation a little easier! I ended up buying a new tire and getting a tire rotation. Would recommend this location!

I love this location, always friendly, prompt, and honest service. They accept walk-ins daily and have always made time for me, though I high recommend calling first to see if they can! Eric helped me today and he advised me not only for my presenting concern, nail in tire which if it is one of theirs with life time warranty they will patch for free, but made suggestions for my back two tried which were cracking. Eric went over all the options for tires with me and made suggestions based on the two tires I I had in terms of type and price point. He was kind enough to adjust and meet me halfway price point wise as well. They quoted me an hour wait time which is reasonable! I cannot say enough good things about the service and location. They have always been good to us!
