I went in to talk about the storage on my phone and for once the sales guy was not pushy. I started with my phone and ended up getting AT&T fiber internet. Great sales employee.

My dad went to this store around 6, there was only one guy and a lady there to attend. The guy attending him was RUDE, UNEDUCATED, disrespectful in general. I think AT&T can do better hiring people.

Great experience, go out of your way to come to this store. Eric, the store manager, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I set up a new prepaid account and phone in under 30 minutes - note I was in when they open at 10 and was the first customer of the day and wait time would probably higher when they are busier after 2pm!

John B (the store manager) is exceptionally helpful: Easy to talk to, very approchable, and goes above and beyod. Honestly speaking, he's one of the best (top 1%) of the customer support people I have ever met. He's ready to help and have positive atttitude. I would highly recommend him. A++++++
